North Shore dancers set to perform at Lynn Auditorium

LYNN — This Saturday, the Greater Salem Ballet Company will be holding its 11th annual performance of “The Nutcracker” at Lynn Memorial Auditorium.

The performance will feature dancers from throughout the North Shore, and will have shows at noon and 4 p.m. Tickets are currently on sale, and can be purchased at lynnauditorium.com or by calling 781-599-SHOW (7469). Tickets are also available at the audience entrance in City Hall at show times, and in Room 311 during regular City Hall hours. Tickets start at $20.

The show allows local ballet ranging from ages 5 to 17 to come together for a large-scale ballet production. The show will include dancers from Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Nahant, Peabody, Swampscott, Salem, and other surrounding communities. The show will also feature volunteer dancers and professional dancers from The Boston Ballet.

Performers in lead roles include Audrey McAllister as Fritz and Alanie Manzano as Chinese Tea, both of Lynn, Carley Brown as Angel Princess, Kaylei Corbett as General, Stella Fenty as Baby Mouse, Charlotte Hodgkinson as Mouse King, Olivia Hodgkinson as Snow Queen, Ida and Noah Pelikhov as Jesters, Layne Siegrist as a Peppermint, and Grace Turner as Spanish Chocolate, all of Marblehead, Emma Bento, of Peabody, as one of Clara’s Cousins, and Giulianna Fazzolari as Clara, Maia Hains as Chinese Tea, Nola Lima as a Pepepermint Lead, Ruby Millea as Drosselmeyer’s Assistant, and Alexandra Reames as Marzipan Shepherdess, all of Swampscott.

The primary event sponsor is HRW Services LLC. Additional sponsors include Far from the Tree Cider, MerryFox Realty, Weaver Orthodontics, CenterCorp Realty, and Pint Size & Up.
