LYNN

Arrests

Marsha Douyon, 46, of Newhall Street, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Douyan was issued a warrant charge for larceny by check over $1,200.

Edwin Ordonez-Gonzalez, 36, of Summer Street, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. for a charge of willful malicious wanton damage.

Reports of fire alarms at 1:08 a.m. on Chestnut Street and 4:17 a.m. on Birch Street.

Reports of disturbances at 7:55 a.m. at My Guatemala Bakery on Union Street, 9:32 a.m. on Neptune Boulevard, 10:14 a.m. on Union Street, and 10:37 a.m. on State Street.

Hazmat

A report of a hazmat situation at 7:32 a.m. on Graves Avenue.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 11:18 a.m. on Boston Street.

Arrests

Casey Louise Madruga, 33, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. for charges of destruction of property and maliciousness.

Inegust Dyce, 29, of Marlborough Road, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of trespassing.

911 Hang-Ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 12:50 a.m. on Keys Drive, 5:16 p.m. on Centennial Drive, 7:44 p.m. on Pulaski Street, and 8:40 p.m. on Webster Street.

Alarms

Reports of burglar alarms at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday at L.L. Bean on Andover Street, 6:51 p.m. at Eaves Peabody on Keys Drive, and 7:49 p.m. on Jordan Road.

Animal Control

A report of animal control at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. Caller reports she is in the process of moving out of Peabody and that her dog is in the process of being rehomed. Services rendered; A report at 1:34 p.m. on Pulaski Street. Caller reports she was chased by a dog. Could not locate.

A walk-in report of fraud at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday on Stark Circle. A resident walked into the station and wanted to make a report of fraud. Investigated; A report at 4:50 p.m. on Woodbridge Road. Caller reports his information as compromised during a scam phone call. Investigated.

Lost or Found Property

A report of lost or found property at 4:01 p.m. at Alliance health at Rosewood on Johnson Street. An employee reports their wallet was missing. Investigated.

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 10:46 a.m. on Howley street at Walnut Street, 11:18 a.m, at Stop & Shop Supermarket on Howley Street, 11:43 a.m. on Russell Street at Murray Street, and 4:29 p.m. at Boston Children’s Hospital on Centennial Drive.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 6:54 a.m. Tuesday at Luigi’s on Lynnfield Street, 12:04 p.m. at Events for Rent on Lowell Street, 12:19 p.m. on Lowell Street at Peabody Road, 1:53 p.m. on Tremont Street, 4:18 p.m. on Centennial Drive at First Avenue, 5:18 p.m. at Tesla-Peabody on Andover Street, and 10:17 p.m. at Knights of Columbus on Main Street.

A report at 7:25 p.m. at Marcianos Barbershop on Hamilton Street; Reset system.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 1:01 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street. Caller reports a verbal altercation with a male walking through the parking lot. Peace restored.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 11:12 a.m. Monday on the 99 split. Verbal warning; A report at 11:52 a.m. at Bob’s Store on Broadway. Citation warning; A report at 5:44 p.m. on Water Street. Services rendered; A report at 5:58 p.m. at Saugus Department Works Building on Main Street. Verbal warning.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday at Heritage Heights Housing for the Elderly on Talbot Street. Caller reports a suspicious motor vehicle sped into the parking lot and is acting suspicious. Area search negative; A report at 6:54 a.m. at Saugus Ironworks National Historic Site on Central Street. Caller from the office reports an unknown pickup truck in the lot. Investigated.

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 12:37 p.m. Monday on Bow Street. Caller reports a dispute between his wife and his neighbor outside. Services rendered.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 6:02 p.m. at Jimmy’s Steer House on Broadway. Caller reports a male urinating outside of the restaurant. Services rendered; A report at 6:58 p.m. on Newhall Avenue. Caller is requesting an officer to the residence to file a report against a neighbor who spit on her. Investigated.
