LYNN

Arrests

Anthony Isemond, 20, of Walk Hill Street, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Thursday on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle and violation of a city knife ordinance. 

Jeshua Serano, 18, of Ward Street, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 1:26 a.m. Thursday on Western Avenue, 6:02 a.m. on Rockingham Street, 8:09 a.m. on Granite Street, 10:03 a.m. on Summer Street, 10:19 a.m. on Essex Street, 10:47 a.m. on Collins Street Terrace, 10:49 a.m. on Munroe Street, and 11:54 a.m. on Boston Street.

A report of a fire alarm at 6:39 a.m. Thursday on Bessom Street and 11:24 a.m. on Johnson Street.

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 3:31 a.m. Thursday on Childs Street.

Arrests

Amy Galindo, 28, of Park Drive, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. Thursday for charges of a department warrant. 

Henry Peralta, 40, of Walnut Street,  was arrested at 1:39 p.m. for charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing. 

Orlin Joel Zavala Lopez, 25, of Commercial Street, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. for charges of a department warrant, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle.

911 Hang-Ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 12:57 a.m. Thursday on Center Street, 4:45 a.m. on Keys Drive, 9:25 a.m. at Angela’s Preschool on Winter Street, 11:40 a.m. on Gemma Drive, 5:46 p.m. at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates on Essex Center Drive, 7:20 p.m. on Kendall Street, 8:26 p.m. on Pulaski Street, and 10:26 p.m. at Care One on Andover Street.

Lost or Found Property

A walk-in report of lost or found property at 4:49 p.m. Thursday at Stop & Shop Supermarket on Howley Street. A man reported that he lost his iPhone. No action required; A report at 5:18 p.m. at the North Shore Mall on Andover Street. Officer states an iPhone was turned in at the mall. Referred to other agency. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:46 p.m. Thursday at the Cheesecake Factory on Andover Street. Caller reported a hit and run with no injuries and no airbag deployment. Investigated. 

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 1:01 p.m. Thursday on the 114 East Ramp, 1:18 p.m. at Macy’s on Andover Street, and 7:29 p.m. on Lynn Street at Joy Road.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 11:56 a.m. Thursday at Preserve North Apartments on Warren Street and at 6 p.m. on Margaret Road.
