Arrests

Eliud Irizarry, 43, of Boston Street, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. Sunday for charges of unlawful improper storage fire, assault with a dangerous weapon, large capacity weapon, unlawful possession of ammo, and a firearm violation with one prior.

A report of a 911 hang-up at 3:07 a.m. Sunday on Union Street.

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 9:11 a.m. Sunday on Atherton Street. Caller reported an audible alarm sounding for several hours. Accidental/defective alarm.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Walmart on Broadway. Loss prevention wants to report a suspect who changed prices on several items and fled without paying the right amount. Report taken; A report at 3:19 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention called to report that they have a female detained for switching price tags and they would like her trespassed from the store. Report taken. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:45 p.m. Sunday on Newhall Avenue. Caller is reporting a family living in a van parking in her apartment lot. Investigated. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 11:25 p.m. Sunday at Red Roof Inn on Broadway. The manager is requesting the removal of a guest who has been harassing incoming guests since 10 p.m. Peace restored.
