LYNN

Arrests

Nicholas Moore, 36, of Munroe Street, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. for a charge of a straight warrant. Moore received warrants for marijuana trafficking and possession of a class C drug. 

Amy Laufountaine, 44, of Franklin street, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing and a default warrant. Laufountaine received warrants for assault and assault and battery on an elderly/disabled person. 

Alex Perez, 31, of Lawton Avenue, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. for charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol in an open container, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a default warrant, and a straight warrant. Perez received warrants for no inspection/sticker, operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, two counts of using a motor vehicle without authority, and alcohol in an open container.

No police service necessary; A report at 11:03 p.m. on Winter Street. Caller reports a car parked and running with hazards on in front of the caller’s house. Services rendered.

Unwanted Parties

A report of an unwanted party at 2:37 a.m. Thursday at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Caller reports that there was a male and female party that were causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Area search negative; A report at 6:27 a.m. at Speedway on Broadway. Caller reports a homeless person sleeping on their property that they would like removed. Services rendered; A report at 4:01 p.m. at Roller World INC. on Broadway. The owner of Roller World requested police for an unwanted female refusing to leave. Peace restored; A report at 6:53 p.m. at Wood Spring Extended Stay on Broadway. Front desk clerk called 911 for an unruly female in the lobby. Peace restored.
