SAUGUS — An unresponsive person was discovered on the WIN Waste property at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday by a shift supervisor, who immediately notified emergency services. The person was not an employee” according to Mary Urban, senior director of communications and community.
All questions about the incident should be directed toward the Saugus Police Department, which is handling the situation. WIN Waste is fully cooperating, according to Urban.
