A five-point halftime deficit – and a tie game after three quarters – were no problem for Lynn Classical’s boys basketball team, which took down Everett, 67-58, after a fourth-quarter run.
Everett’s Adam Aitmessaoud knocked down a 3-pointer to beat the third-quarter buzzer, giving all momentum to the visitors. From there, however, Classical pulled ahead by 10 points with three minutes to go, posting a 21-point fourth quarter to send Everett home empty-handed.
Rolky Brea-Arias was just shy of a triple-double with 20 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists. Shy Babb added 22 points and 13 rebounds for the Rams, who upped their record to 4-3 ahead of Sunday’s game against Revere at Salem State.
