LYNN — Police officers responded to a call from a concerned resident around 4 p.m. Sunday evening regarding a person that was found deceased in their car in a parking lot at 43 State St.
When they arrived on the scene, officers found the 42-year-old male inside his vehicle. A video recording of the discovery was posted on Facebook where it made the rounds throughout the community. It shows police officers standing around the crime-scene with police tape around the car.
“This case remains under active investigation, and there is nothing to indicate a greater threat to the community,” Police Lieutenant Richard Connick said.
