A vehicle crashed into a house near Broadway and Mansfield Street early Friday morning, leaving one person with minor injuries, according to Lt. Richard Connick. Another car rolled over in the middle of Broadway.

PEABODY

Arrests
Thomas Kymber, 57, of Andover Street, was arrested for two outstanding warrants with other departments at 12:02 a.m. on Washington Street; Shaylynn Stephannie Regens, 22, of Keys Drive, was arrested for an outstanding warrant with another department at 2:22 p.m. on Keys Drive; Judith L. Carpenter, 46, was arrested for one outstanding warrant with Peabody and two outstanding warrants with other departments.

Summons
Techina Caprice Hooker, 31, of Audubon Road, will be summoned for shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 2:42 p.m. on Andover Street.

Breaking and Entering
A report of a past breaking and entering at 7:23 p.m. on Lynn Street.

Disturbance
A report of circular saw and construction noises in the back of the building at 12:55 a.m. on Lynnfield Street. Officer stated they shut it down for the night; A report of an unruly customer unhappy with how ice cream was made at 7:18 p.m. on Andover Street. Customer left before officer arrived; A report of a noise complaint coming from above at 10:47 p.m. on Crane Brook Way.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:41 a.m. on Lowell Street; a report of a hit and run at 10:00 a.m. on Newbury Street; a report of a motor vehicle accident with no tows or injuries at 1:19 p.m. on Main Street; a report of a car fire at 5:05 p.m. on Lake Street. Officer reported vehicle gone on arrival; a report of a minor motor vehicle accident at 7:52 p.m. on Lynnfield Street; a report of a motor vehicle accident between a car and a plow at 10:12 p.m. on Lowell Street; a report of a motor vehicle accident with a guardrail without injuries at 11:57 p.m. on Margin Street.
