Justin J. Casey, 37, of Shillaber Street, was arrested at 6:48 a.m. Monday for three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 9:55 a.m. Monday on Parsons Avenue. Caller reports a dispute with a neighbor over snow removal. Parties were able to come to an agreement to avoid future argument. Peace restored.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:52 p.m. Monday at North Shore Physicians on Broadway. Caller reports she received a call from the alarm company for a burglar alarm. She drove to work and saw a person inside. Services rendered.

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 2:28 a.m. Monday at Wood Spring Extended Stay on Broadway. Investigated; A report at 1:05 p.m. at Kohl’s Department Store on Broadway. Store manager requested assistance removing a party who locked themselves in the restroom and has become belligerent. Peace restored; A report at 3:19 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention called in to request assistance with removing a party that was previously verbally trespassed. Report taken.
