Arrests
Frank Miller, 39, of Holly Avenue, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday for a charge of being a fugitive of justice. Miller was issued a warrant for violating parole/probation.

Traffic Hazard
A report of a traffic hazard at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday on Central Street. Caller reports a traffic light is stuck on red permanently and people are going through it. Removed hazard.
