At 998 points, the sophomore scored the monumental basket with a floater in the lane. KIPP’s Trosky Peña was three points shy of 1,000 entering the game against Bishop Fenwick. Peña’s ability to score ability to score at all three levels make him a tough person to guard. Peña eclipsed the 1,000 point mark with a pull-up jump shot.
