John Richards, 36, of Arlington Street, Everett, was arrested at 2 a.m. for charges including operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage.
Brad Dyer, 38, of Forest Street, Peabody, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on a warrant issued by another department.
Paul Sherry, 37, Trask Street, Danvers, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. for charges including leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), and operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).

Alarms – Burglar
Officers responded to several burglar alarms throughout the day. At 1:18 a.m., an alarm was triggered at Outback Steakhouse on Andover Street. Officers checked the building’s exterior and found it secure. Another alarm at Starbucks on Newbury Street at 4:03 a.m. was accidentally triggered by an employee.
Animal Control
A barking dog complaint was reported at 7:47 p.m. on Holten Street, where the caller stated the dog had been outside for over five hours. Officers contacted the homeowner, and the dog was brought inside without further issue.
Assist Citizens
At 10:20 a.m., officers assisted a resident on Calumet Street who reported a black pickup truck had crashed into their neighbor’s trash barrels. No cameras captured the incident, and officers documented the complaint.

Suspicious Activity
A caller reported a possible drug trade occurring near Fairweather Apartments at 4:56 a.m. involving a white Chrysler.
