LYNN — Deiby Felix, 41, of Lynn, pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston for his role in a large-scale drug trafficking organization on the North Shore, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Felix was arrested and charged alongside Emilio Garcia and Sebastien Bejin in Nov. 2023.
Felix pleaded guilty Monday to one count of possession with intent to manufacture and distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, and other controlled substances. He also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm. His sentencing is scheduled for May 29, 2025.
In total, there were an estimated eight million individual doses of fentanyl and methamphetamine-laced pills and powder seized, with a street value of approximately $8 million.
Felix’s residence was searched and resulted in the seizure of more than three kg, or 6.6 lbs., of pressed pills containing both drugs. The search also led to the discovery of a drug laboratory in a small room in the basement.
The room contained industrial pill presses, mixing equipment, and other manufacturing paraphernalia and equipment.
