LYNN

Arrests

Milton Rodriguez De Leon, 41, of Chatham Street, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Monday for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 

Luis Coliz Nolasco, 22, of Nichols Avenue, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, windows obstructed/nontransparent, no inspection/sticker, license not in possession, registration not in possession, and a miscellaneous equipment violation. 

Isaiah Ramos, 22, of Harbor Street, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop/yield, motor vehicle lights violation, and two counts of possession to distribute. 

Ashley Igles, 38, of Bow Street, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. for charges of trespassing and shoplifting.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 1:09 a.m. Monday on Applehill Lane, 6:29 a.m. on Jenness Street, 6:52 a.m. on Central Avenue, 7:45 a.m. on Washington Street, 1:30 p.m. on Central Avenue, 2:49 p.m. on Burns Street, 3:40 p.m. on Western Avenue, and 4:53 p.m. on Thorpe Road.  

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:43 a.m. on Adams Street, 10:26 a.m. on Linwood Road and Walnut Street, 1:09 p.m. on Shepard Street, 2:05 p.m. on Elm Street, 2:12 p.m. on Rand Street, 2:28 p.m. on Summer Street, 2:47 p.m. on Chatham Street, and 6:30 p.m. at Wendy’s on Boston Street.  

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 12:41 a.m. Monday on Washington Street, 2:17 a.m. on Marion Street, 2:44 a.m. on Union Street and Washington Street, 10:24 a.m. on Lawton Avenue, 1:19 a.m. on Smith Street and Union Street, 1:36 p.m. on North Common Street, 1:38 p.m. on High Rock Street and Rockaway Street, 1:44 p.m. on North Common Street, 2:21 p.m. on North Common Street, 2:33 p.m. on Mall Street and North Common Street, 2:49 p.m. on South Common Street, 3:09 p.m. on North Common Street, 3:43 p.m. on South Common Street, and 3:56 p.m. on Franklin Street.

Noise Complaints

Reports of noise complaints at 12:32 a.m. Monday on Western Avenue and 1:31 a.m. on Vine Street. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 6:56 a.m. on Washington Street, 2:42 p.m. on Market Street, and 6:40 p.m. on Central Avenue. 

MARBLEHEAD

Arrests

An individual was arrested at 12:57 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue while officers were assisting a citizen. A report was taken for further documentation.

911 Hang-Ups
A 911 hang-up was reported at 11:39 a.m. on Broughton Road, where officers responded and took a report. Another 911 hang-up at 10:06 p.m. near Turner Road resulted in officers searching the area, but they could not locate the source.

Assist Citizens

Officers assisted citizens throughout the day, responding at 12:57 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, where an arrest was made, and at 2:23 p.m. on Intrepid Circle, where services were rendered.

Building Checks

Routine building checks were conducted at multiple locations to ensure public safety. Officers confirmed all properties were secure at 12:22 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 12:30 a.m. on West Shore Drive, 1:37 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 1:40 a.m. on Community Road, 8:27 a.m. on Community Road, 8:30 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 9:42 a.m. on Community Road, 9:46 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 1:23 p.m. on Community Road, 1:26 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 5:14 p.m. on Community Road, and 5:14 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue.

Complaints

General complaints were addressed at 12:27 p.m. on Pleasant Street, where officers rendered services, and at 8:14 p.m. on West Shore Drive, where a report was taken.

Found/Lost Property

An item was reported found at 9:44 a.m. on Goodwins Court, and officers rendered services to secure the property.

Motor Vehicle Crashes

A motor vehicle crash occurred at 2:48 p.m. on Russell Street. Officers responded, took a report, and ensured the area was safe.

Property Checks

Additional property checks were performed throughout the day, including multiple inspections of Community Road and Atlantic Avenue, all found secure.

Utility Work

Officers monitored utility work at 6:50 a.m. at Maverick Street and Pleasant Street, as well as on Pickwick Road, ensuring that work crews operated safely with minimal public disruption.

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area check at 8:39 a.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue, 9:10 a.m. on Crossman Avenue, 12:14 p.m. on Burril Street, 2:08 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 5:07 p.m. on Doherty Circle, 5:09 p.m. on Cherry Court, and 5:34 p.m. on Capen Road. 

Hazardous Conditions

A report of hazardous conditions 9:04 a.m. Monday on Humphrey Street and Salem Street. The caller reported tree branches hanging low.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a hit and run at 8:28 a.m. Monday on Essex Street  and Stetson Avenue. The caller stated that a Mazda CX5 struck a parked white vehicle, did not stop, and continued to Lynn.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 9:04 p.m. Monday on Humphrey Street. and Priscilla Road and 10:42 p.m. at Capen Road and Essex Street. The officer issued the driver a citation.

Traffic Enforcement Post

Reports of traffic enforcement posts at 7:21 p.m. on Burpee Road. and Essex Street and 8:54 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue.
