Joseph Russel, 29, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Tuesday for two counts of a straight warrant. Russel was issued warrants for willful malicious wanton damage, and two warrants for trespassing.
Jacquline Camp, of South Common Street, was arrested at 6:54 a.m. and issued warrants for possession of a Class A drug, possession to distribute, and assault and battery.
Haridon Duvli, 37, of Lewis Street, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. for charges of possession of a firearm without a FID card, firearm use in felony, received stolen property, unlicensed possession of ammo with no FID, trafficking a Class A drug (200+ grams), trafficking a Class B drug (200+ grams), four counts of possession to distribute, large capacity weapon/feeding firearm, firearm violation with one prior violent, and unlawful improper storage fire.
Denys Gonzalez Hernandez, 32, of Broad Street, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. for charges of firearm use in a felony, trafficking of a Class A drug (200+ grams), firearm possession without an FID card, unlicensed possession of ammo with no FID, unlawful improper storage fire, trafficking of a Class B drug (200+ grams), and four counts of possession to distribute.
Alexis Bingham, 28, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. for charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, and disguise to obstruct justice.
Israel Solis, 36, of Menahan Street, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. for a charge of being a fugitive from justice on court. Solis was issued a warrant for being a fugitive from justice on court.
Ronald Spraglin, 57, of Birchstead Place, was arrested at 6 p.m. for a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Paulo Henrique Ribeiro Da Silva, 25, of 10121 Bay Dr., Apt. #C, Danvers, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
Derek J. Dipietro, 44, of 84 Aborn St., Apt. #2306, Peabody, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. on a Peabody PD warrant.
Elielma Aguis, 49, of 21 Thorndike St., Salem, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an accident at McDonald’s on Main Street at 7:20 p.m.
Guilherme Faxina, 24, of 30 Amherst St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. for operating with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
911 Hang-Ups
A 911 hang-up was reported at 3:05 a.m. from a residence on Fulton Street. Officers attempted a callback, and after no answer, they responded to the location. The resident confirmed it was a misdial with no emergency.
Accidents – Property Damage
A motor vehicle accident was reported at 10:08 a.m. at Pulaski Street involving a car that struck a tree. The vehicle was towed, and the driver was cited for uninsured and unregistered operation. Another hit-and-run accident occurred at 11:09 a.m. at 7-Eleven on Lowell Street. Officers located the suspect vehicle at Crowninshield Street and arranged for it to be towed.
Alarms – Burglar
An alarm was activated at J&H Truck Repair on Newbury Street at 1:50 a.m. Officers checked the garage door and determined the building was secure. Another alarm at Double Bull Taphouse at 7:45 a.m. was reported to be set off by a delivery driver.
Animal Control
A report of a loose dog was received at 8:18 a.m. near Bartholomew Street and Lynnfield Street. Officers were unable to locate the dog, and Missing Dogs MA was notified. The dog was later found and returned to its owner.
Assist Citizens
A caller at Jayden Apartments on Dearborn Road requested assistance at 6:57 p.m. regarding a debit card fraud report. Officers documented the incident for further investigation.
Disturbances
A disturbance at Party City on Andover Street at 7:15 p.m. involved four juveniles setting off confetti cannons inside the store and filming for social media. The juveniles left before officers arrived.
Medical Emergencies
Several medical emergencies were reported, including a possible stroke at 12:43 a.m. at Keys Drive, a diabetic emergency at 1:57 a.m. on Lowell Street, and an elderly female with general weakness at 9:49 a.m. on Endicott Street. All individuals were transported to area hospitals.
Motor Vehicle Stops
Traffic stops resulted in multiple citations and warnings, including a plate light violation at 9:28 p.m. on Washington Street and a marked lanes violation at 10:43 a.m. near Treadwell’s Ice Cream.
Suspicious Activity
A caller at Preserve North Apartments reported multiple juveniles looking through the gym windows while patrons were working out. Officers checked the area, but the juveniles had already left.
