LYNN — Four people have been arrested as the result of a multi-unit drug bust.
A recent Lynn Police Drug Task Force investigation led to a significant seizure, according to Lynn Police Lt. Rick Connick. The Drug Unit got an assist on the bust from The Massachusetts State Police Special Tactical Operations (STOP) Team.
The seizure produced two firearms, over 500 grams of Fentanyl, over 240 grams of Crack cocaine, 22 grams of MDMA pills (also known as Ecstasy or Molly), methamphetamine, unlawfully possessed ammunition and an assortment of prescription pills. Connick said the seizure itself was executed on Feb. 11 at 34 Broad Street.
The four people arrested are 30-year-old Jacqueline Camp, 37-year-old Haridon Duvli, 32-year-old Dennys Gonzalez Hernandez and 30-year-old Lexus Tony Perez, all from Lynn.
Camp has a number of charges, some of which stem from three separate straight warrants. They include possession of a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class A drug and subsequent offense of possession of a Class A drug.
Duvli is charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, firearm use in felony, receiving stolen property with a value under $1,200, unlawful possession of ammunition without an FID card, trafficking over 200 grams of a class A drug, trafficking over 200 grams of a class B drug, three counts of possession to distribute a class B drug, possession to distribute a class E drug, possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device without a license, possession of a firearm with a prior violent/drug crime and unlawful improper storage of a firearm.
Hernandez is charged with firearm use in felony, trafficking over 200 grams of a class A drug, carrying a firearm without a license, unlawful possession of ammunition without an FID card, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, trafficking over 200 grams of a class B drug, three counts of possession to distribute a class B drug and possession to distribute a class E drug.
Perez was actually arrested Thursday morning, days after the bust, according to Connick. The arrest was from a straight warrant that stemmed from the Drug Unit’s investigation.
The charges include trafficking over 200 grams of a class A drug, trafficking over 200 grams of a class B drug, possession of a firearm without an FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition without an FID card, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, three counts of possession to distribute a class B drug, firearm use in felony, possession to distribute a class E drug and possession of a firearm with a prior violent/drug crime.
