Oliver Ortega Lopez, 29, of Margin Street, was arrested at 6:40 a.m. Thursday for a charge of a courtesy booking.
Lexus Perez, 30, of Quincy Street, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. for a charge of a straight warrant. Perez was issued warrants for firearm use in a felony, trafficking a Class A drug (200+ grams), trafficking a Class B drug (200+ grams), possessing a firearm without an FID card, unlicensed possession of ammo and no FID, four counts of possession to distribute, and a firearm violation with one prior violent.
Sean Greene, 48, of Savinhill Avenue, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. for charges of possession of a Class B drug and shoplifting by asportation. Greene was issued warrants for assault and battery, having a dangerous weapon on school grounds, selling/possessing an electric stun gun, possession of a Class B drug, and shoplifting by asportation.
Nelson Carias Valera, of Washington Street, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. and was issued warrants for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and having unregistered motor vehicle.

Another accident at 6:45 p.m. at 199 Salem St. and 511 Walnut St. required two vehicles to be towed by Gaeta’s Towing. The driver, Darline Petit Frere, 32, of Danvers, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Assist Citizens
A resident at 55 Summer St. visited the police station at 2:12 p.m. requesting a VIN check for a vehicle purchased from Flagship on Rt. 1. Officers assisted accordingly.
Medical Emergencies
Multiple medical emergencies were reported, including a fall with a head injury at 12:25 p.m. at 596 Main St. and a G-tube dislodgement at 9:14 a.m. on Main St. Both individuals were transported to local hospitals.

Alyson C. Da Cruz, 19, of 27 County St., Peabody, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. for operating after suspension, failure to stop, number plate violation, and headlight violation.
Joel Rodriguez, 41, of 155 Washington St., Apt. #1, Peabody, was issued a summons for threats to commit a crime at 11:55 a.m. following an incident at Unlimited Auto & Truck Repair on Birney Street.
Anthony Solis, 46, of 47 Bluehill Ave., Malden, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. for shoplifting by concealment at Sunglass Hut Kiosk in the Northshore Mall. Additional charges included possession of Class B, C, and E drugs.

A disturbance at Party City on Andover Street at 7:15 p.m. involved four juveniles setting off confetti cannons inside the store for a social media stunt. The juveniles left before officers arrived.
