Alarms – Burglar
Burglar alarms were reported at 4:33 a.m. on Pleasant Street, 8:03 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 9:43 a.m. on Spray Avenue, 9:45 a.m. on Doaks Lane, and 8:50 a.m. on Pleasant Street. Officers responded to all locations, determined the alarms to be false, and secured the premises.
Assist Citizens

Motor Vehicle Crashes
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 11:27 a.m. on Jersey Street. Officers responded, took a report, and ensured all involved parties were assisted.
Motor Vehicle Stops
Motor vehicle stops throughout the day resulted in a verbal warning issued at 9:37 a.m. on Humphrey Street, at 10:59 a.m. on Lafayette Street and Widger Road, and at 11:14 a.m. on Pleasant Street. A citation was issued at 11:05 a.m. on Pleasant Street.

PEABODY
Arrests
Saulo Santa, 25, of 3 Highland Park, Apt. #2, Peabody, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. at Macy’s Men’s and Furniture Store in the Northshore Mall for assault and battery, defacing property, and disturbing the peace. The suspect was also trespassed from the mall for three years.
Vitalia Pierre, 45, of 102 Newbury Street, Apt. #121, Danvers, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an accident at Petco on Andover Street at 4:30 p.m.
911 Hang-Ups
Several 911 hang-ups were reported, including calls from Newcastle Road at 1:10 a.m., Unlimited Cabinetry on Caller Street at 6:37 a.m., and Summit Street at 6:42 p.m. In all cases, officers confirmed the calls were accidental with no emergency present.
Accidents – Property Damage
A motor vehicle accident occurred at 12:59 p.m. at 739 Walnut Street involving a GPS monitoring system detecting a crash. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate any accident. Another accident at 6:45 p.m. at 199 Salem Street and 511 Walnut Street required two vehicles to be towed by Gaeta’s Towing. The driver, Darline Petit Frere, 32, of Danvers, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Alarms – Burglar
Multiple burglar alarms were activated throughout the day. Locations included New England Orthopedics on Centennial Drive at 7:37 a.m., Peabody Sunoco on Lynn Street at 10 p.m., and Long’s Jewelers on Cross Street at 12:36 a.m. Officers responded and confirmed all buildings were secure.
Animal Control
Animal control was contacted regarding a coyote hanging around a residence on Sylvia Road at 9:04 a.m. The case was referred to Mass Wildlife for further evaluation.
Assist Citizens
Officers assisted a resident at the Peabody Police Department on Allens Lane at 8:57 a.m. regarding a meeting with social services and Elderly Affairs Officers.
Disturbances
A disturbance at 160 Main Street at 12:18 p.m. involved a mother and daughter arguing, with the daughter mentioning self-harm. Officers transported the daughter voluntarily to Salem Hospital for evaluation. Another disturbance occurred at Bavaro Liquors on Foster Street at 12:53 p.m. regarding a dispute over a blocked driveway, which was peacefully resolved.
Medical Emergencies
Several medical emergencies were reported, including a party feeling unwell at Peabody Housing Authority on Central Street at 7:17 a.m. and a patient experiencing chest pain at Family Medicine North on Roosevelt Avenue at 12:34 p.m. Both individuals were transported to Beverly Hospital.
Motor Vehicle Stops
Traffic stops resulted in multiple citations and warnings, including a verbal warning for speeding on Lowell Street at 6:27 a.m. and a citation for an electronic device violation on First Avenue at 10:10 a.m.
Suspicious Activity
A shoplifting incident was reported at Bridgeworks Boutique on Pulaski Street at 3:30 p.m. Employees were unable to provide surveillance footage, and officers will follow up during business hours.
Trespass Tows
Trespass towing was conducted at multiple locations, including Shore Drive at 2:18 p.m., where a vehicle was removed by Gaeta’s Towing.
Well-Being Checks
A well-being check was conducted at 6 Hamilton Road at 9:17 p.m. for an elderly male experiencing rectal bleeding. He was transported to Salem Hospital for further evaluation.
