LYNN 

Arrests

Olger Felipe Ramos, 33, of Hamilton Avenue, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Thursday for charges of a straight warrant and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Osveli Felipe Ramos, 23, of Hamilton Avenue, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Thursday for charges of a straight warrant, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Ramon Antonio Sepulveda Santana, 63, of Broad Street, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. Thursday for charges of strangulation or suffocation.

Ery Rosario, 33, of Sunderland Worcester, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. Thursday for charges of a courtesy booking.

Michael McDonald, 61, of Granite Street, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Thursday for charges of a straight warrant.

Terrel Payne, 30, of Woodman Street, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. Thursday for charges of possession of a Class B drug.

Brander Guzman Perez, 22, of Myrtle Street, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. Thursday for charges of a straight warrant.

911 Hang-Ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 12:42 a.m. Thursday on Oxford Street, 2:18 a.m. on Congress Street, 6:47 a.m. on High Rock Street, and 10:57 a.m. on Broad Street.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 3:37 a.m. Thursday on State Street, 9:21 a.m. on Federal Street, and 5:30 p.m. on Sanderson Avenue.

Alarm: Fire

A report of a fire alarm at 9:15 p.m. Thursday on Lloyd Street.

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 1:24 a.m. Thursday at Kings Beach Towers on Eastern Avenue, 7:26 a.m. at Harrington Elementary on Dexter Street, and 2:28 p.m. at Lynn Vocational Tech School on Neptune Boulevard.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:58 a.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue and Barnard Street.

Reports of motor vehicle moving complaints at 10:16 a.m. Thursday on Harbor Avenue and 2:45 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue and Washington Street.

Property Check

Reports of property checks at 12:48 a.m., 9:22 a.m., and 5:44 p.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue, 12:49 a.m., 9:19 a.m. and 5:43 p.m. on Community Road, and 12:52 a.m. on Washington Street.

School Department Delivery

A report of a school department delivery at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on Maple Street.

SAUGUS

911 Hang-Up

A report of a 911 hang-up at 8:11 p.m. Thursday at Flo Golf Course Lounge on Broadway. Caller stated that his watch accidentally dialed 911. Area check performed. 

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 1:01 p.m. Thursday at Thomasville Home Furnishing on Broadway. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 7:45 p.m. at Eastern Bank on Lincoln Avenue. Services rendered; a report at 11:30 p.m. at Dollar Tree on Broadway. Building appears to be secure. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 5:36 p.m. Thursday on Morton Avenue. Caller requested to speak with an officer about issues he was having with a tenant. Services rendered. 

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint at 11:42 a.m. Thursday at the Square One Mall Entrance on Essex Street. Caller reported a light cycle stuck on red. State Highway Department notified. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:18 a.m. Thursday on Vine Street at Highland Avenue. Caller reported a two-car accident with no injury between a red 2020 Nissan Altima and a gray 2020 Honda CRV. Services rendered; a report at 9:15 p.m. on Broadway at Lynn Fells Parkway. There was a 911 transfer from Northshore regional from an iPhone automated message stating the owner had been involved in an accident. Area search negative. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on Walnut Street at Elm Street. Citation issued (civil/crim.). 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 11:06 a.m. Thursday at Walmart on Broadway. Los prevention reported a shoplifting who is leaving the store. It was a male in a gray jacket and blue jeans holding a cup and walking towards McDonald’s. Officer reported no crime was committed and no property was taken. Services rendered; a report at 1:53 p.m. at Walmart on Broadway. Loss prevention advised that one shoplifting suspect had been detained, and another one had fled the location. Report taken.  

Suspicious Person

A report of a suspicious person at 5:04 a.m. Thursday on Johnson Street. The caller reported a suspicious individual possibly attempting to break into vehicles. Caller was a passerby. Area search negative. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 5:10 p.m. Thursday at Dicks Sporting Goods on Broadway. Manager reported a male that had been in and out of the bathroom for over an hour and wanted him removed. Peace restored.

Reports of area checks at 12:07 a.m. Thursday on Upper Jackson Park, 1:18 a.m. on Duncan Terrace, 1:42 a.m. on Doherty Circle, 1:45 a.m. on Cherry Court, 2:22 a.m. on Crossman Avenue, 2:29 a.m. on Pine Street; 3:26 a.m. on Essex Street, 4:06 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 5:36 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 6:20 p.m. on Pine Street.

Hazardous Conditions

Reports of hazardous conditions at 8:04 a.m. Thursday on Essex Avenue and Valley Road. The caller reported an open manhole cover.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of a motor vehicle stop at 1:09 a.m. Thursday on Paradise Road, 6:49 a.m. on Essex Street, and 6:50 a.m. on Paradise Road.

Traffic Enforcement Post

Reports of traffic enforcement posts at 6:41 a.m. Thursday on Danvers Road and Essex Street, 7:04 a.m. on Humphrey Street, and 5:25 p.m. on Salem Street.
