LYNN

Arrests

Tahmeika Johnson, 31, of Meadow Court, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Monday on two counts of a straight warrant, as well as charges of willful malicious wanton damage, disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, and assault and battery.

Nicole Johnson, 43, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. for courtesy booking.

911 Hang-Ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 12:17 a.m. Monday on Harris Road, 12:28 a.m. on Purdon Avenue, 12:51 a.m. on Moulton Street, 1:29 a.m. on Richdale Convenience Store, and 1:34 a.m. on Technic Field.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 1:37 a.m. Monday on Barry Park, 2:00 a.m. on Curwin Cir, and 3:11 a.m. on 285 Lynn Shore Dr.

Animal Complaints

Reports of animal complaints at 6:04 p.m. Monday on Western Avenue, 7:30 p.m. on Ocean Avenue, and 7:31 p.m. on Alden Street.

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 2:13 a.m. Monday at Curwin Cir, 2:16 a.m. at Barry Park, 3:11 a.m. on Lynn Shore Dr, and 4:22 a.m. at Classical High School.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 5:45 a.m. Monday on Boulder Way, 7:18 a.m. on 5 Boulder Way, and 8:28 p.m. on Rantoul Avenue.

Fire Reports

Reports of a fire at 10:47 a.m. Monday on Curran Road and 4:25 p.m. at McDonald’s on Lynnway.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 9:35 a.m. Monday on High Street and 9:50 p.m. on Rogers Avenue.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 7:15 a.m. Monday on Western Avenue, 8:24 a.m. at Federal Street, 9:04 a.m. at Washington Street, and 11:08 a.m. at the intersection of Boston & Union Street.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 12:45 a.m. Monday at Boston & Washington Street, 1:12 a.m. on Ford & Locus Street, 6:15 a.m. on Union Street, and 10:17 a.m. at Broadway & Federal Street.

Noise Complaints

Reports of noise complaints at 2:00 a.m. Monday on Mall Street, 2:05 a.m. on Light Street Court, and 10:58 p.m. on Munroe Street.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 12:05 a.m. Monday on Chestnut Street, 11:00 p.m. on Prince Street, and 12:30 a.m. Monday on Purdon Avenue.

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 8:17 a.m. Monday on Bennett Circle and 9:08 p.m. on Alden Street.

PEABODY

Arrests

Paul Fagundes, 60, of Dennis Street, was arrested for another department warrant at 2:37 p.m. on Dennis Street,

John W. Roy, 54, of Mill Street, was arrested for a Peabody PD Warrant at 8:05 p.m. on Mill Street.

Rafael Rosario Pena, 28, of Murdock Drive, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle at 10:52 p.m. on Crowninshield.

Animal Control

A report of a small, cream colored dog with a vest wandering the area at 11:00 a.m. on Aborn Street. The dog was reunited with its owner prior to the officer’s arrival; A report of an attempted release of two doberman pinschers from quarantine at 2:50 p.m. Owners not home, owner advised on voicemail that dogs will remain under quarantine until they are released to them.

Disturbances

A report of a loud stomping for the past three hours at 6:07 a.m. on Main Street. Officer spoke to the resident, he will be going to sleep; A report of an unknown male party intentionally leaving dog feces in front of his store at 6:35 a.m. on Lynn Street. Officer advised party to have camera surveillance and post signage up; A report of a male party acting erratically, very aggressive at 8:53 a.m. on Lake Street. Officer on scene states he was waved off by the principal, stated they had the situation on hand with SRO on scene; A report of the caller’s landlord has not given her heat since Friday at 4:32 p.m. on Truman Road. Officer will document matter.

Fraud

A report of a fraud at 1:04 p.m. on Forest Street.

Larceny

A report of a stolen phone at 9:27 a.m. at Gametime on Andover Street.

Lost or Found Property

A report of a wallet found at Lifetime and returned to the police station at 2:20 p.m. on Andover Street. Owner said he would pick up wallet. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 12:22 a.m. on Northend Street; A report of two motor vehicles parked on the curb at 8:56 a.m. on Pierpont Street. Vehicles were towed and issued a parking ticket; A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 11:16 a.m. on Dearborn Road; A report of a motor vehicle stop at 12:45 p.m. on Lynn Street; A report of parking citations issued to two cars at 1:01 p.m. on Walnut Street; A report of a motor vehicle accident into a building with no injuries at 1:52 p.m. at Asia Taste on Lowell Street. No injuries and little to not damage to the building; A report of a disabled motor vehicle at 4:37 p.m. on Lynn Street; A report of a hit and run at 6:46 p.m. on Central Street; A report of a disabled motor vehicle at 8:32 p.m. on Lynnfield Street.

Suspicious Activity

A report of a suspicious package that arrived at the caller’s door step at 4:40 p.m. on Newbury Street. It was a bag of clothes from her friends, unfounded, units cleared.

SAUGUS

Assist Citizen

A report of citizen assistance at 4:58 p.m. Monday at Stop and Shop on Main Street. Caller reported a man who said he was verbally assaulted by another man in the parking lot. Services rendered; a report at 8:41 p.m. at Goodfellas Italian Kitchen on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported his garage was entered earlier today and some possessions were missing. Services rendered. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 10:17 p.m. Monday on Newhall Street. Caller reported a disturbance in the hallway. While on the phone, the caller opened the door and was fighting with a neighbor. Peace restored. 

Hazardous Road Condition

A report of a report of a hazardous road condition at 10:38 a.m. Monday on Ballard Street. Luitenant reported that the lights were not properly working. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:23 a.m. Monday at Chick N’ More on Broadway. Caller reported a two-car accident. Services rendered. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 11:47 a.m. Monday on Central Street. Citation issued (civil/crim.).

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 8:28 p.m. Monday at Macy’s on Broadway. Loss prevention reported that they had a shoplifting that occurred, and they had a name for a suspect who left in a truck. Report taken. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area checks were filed at 1:29 a.m. Monday on Essex Street, 9:38 a.m. on Humphrey Street, 9:40 a.m. on Shelton Road, 9:45 a.m. on Crossman Avenue, and 10:25 a.m. on Millett Lane.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops were filed at 9:27 a.m. Monday on Humphrey Street, 10:19 a.m. on Humphrey Street, 1:50 p.m. on Cherry Street and Essex Street, 2:26 p.m. on New Ocean Street, and 4:23 p.m. on Humphrey Street and Shelton Road.

Traffic Enforcement Posts

Reports of traffic enforcement posts were filed at 6:17 a.m. Monday on Paradise Road, 6:43 a.m. on Humphrey Street, 11:42 a.m. on Humphrey Street and Ingalls Terrace, 1:38 p.m. on Burpee Road and Essex Street, 4:11 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue and Humphrey Street, 4:25 p.m. on Salem Street, 8:17 p.m. on Paradise Road.
