To the editor,
I’m writing a letter in response to Mr. Nadeau’s letter in Thursday, Feb. 27, Daily Item, “The Washington D.C. Circus.”
I would like to add several other items to that letter.
While Mr. Musk might be a smart person, he has now transformed himself into a “Trump minion” along with all of Trump’s “Cabinet.”
My opinion: all Republicans up for re-election need to go next year, as they are proving themselves more of the “minions.”
However, the do-nothing party members (formerly the Democratic Party) also need to go!
Other than running around whining, screaming, and pointing fingers, I fail to see any real leadership in that party making any effort to call out the “Trump Circus.”
Mr. Musk claims he is trying to stop financial waste, while being awarded, recently, large federal contracts! I call that a blatant conflict of interest. Where is the accountability?
The “clowns” are here, we, the voters, need to get rid of all of them in 2026!
Respectfully,
John S. Norton
