I am proud to support my dear friend, MaryEllen Fletcher, for re-election to the Swampscott Select Board. MaryEllen has been a dedicated leader, working tirelessly to address the challenges facing our town with a strong focus on fiscal responsibility, accountability, and inclusive governance.
On a personal level, MaryEllen is always there when you need her. Whether it’s supporting a friend, helping a neighbor, or being a steady presence in times of need, she shows up. That same unwavering commitment translates directly to her work for Swampscott. She listens, takes action, and puts in the effort to make a real difference.
MaryEllen is also a strong female role model. She leads with integrity, determination, and a deep sense of responsibility — qualities that inspire not just me but my children as well. As a dedicated public servant and successful business owner, she proves that leadership is about working hard and making a lasting impact.
She is also family to us. As a passionate breeder of English Labradors, our beloved Max — one of many in town — came from her. My children know her as family, and we have seen firsthand her kindness, strength, and dedication.
