Officers determined that the individual was seeking more medication than prescribed and advised him accordingly; a report at 12:05 p.m. on North Central Street and Pulaski Street. A female wanted to speak with an officer about a past accident. Officers advised her that the incident occurred on March 9 and that she should handle it through her insurance.
