Amidst life’s whirlwind, that traumatizes folks worldwide, unleashing terror, disaster, and even pandemics, leadership languishes on a delicate balance. It surges to the surface as one of the crucial issues of the current era. Some supposed leaders excel in their endeavors and impact other people through their pursuits. One of these contemporary influentials, who evokes a euphoric following is the current Roman Catholic Church leader, Pope Francis.
Tall, sturdy, robust, and above all ringingly charismatic, his presence evokes awe, admiration, and respect. His soft-spoken speech and splendid oratorical presentation impress people who cherish his strategy. He is full-blown, charismatic, and splendidly attractive. Elected in 2013, he is the 266th and the first Latin American Pope.
They perceive and welcome him as an astute moderator, a tactful worship leader, an accomplished teacher, and above all, an inspirational mastermind on mass communication platforms. To some observers, the Pope is a magnificent personality of unimpeachable integrity and dignity. He is a brave cleric who abides by church ethos, doctrine, and leadership tenets.
On Feb. 14, the undaunted Pope started receiving treatment for pneumonia at the famous and prestigious Rome Gemelli hospital. He handled the malady with bravery and humility.
The world Catholic community rallied around him with enthusiasm, elan, and empathy. Most of all, they displayed their support for this monumental church executive through prayers. As some theologians assert, “prayers change things.”
Currently receiving treatment in Rome, the 88-year-old pontiff, is still at the helm of church affairs and actually performs his pontifical duties, despite the medical trauma he faces.
Rather than hang up the towel as some colleagues may be wont to do, he is battling the malady with the courage of his convictions. The lesson that admirers and even detractors discern is, “battle on to the very end. Don’t give up, even in the final minute. Fight On.”
Prayers & Diligence
Pope Francis is thus a contemporary warrior who believes in prayers, hard work, and the relentless march forward in spite of adversity. He is a magnetic, eloquent, dedicated church leader for all ages. He is the man for the global congregation. He fights with tenacity, strategizes with vision, and walks and works with the Lord. He is a resolute manager who tackles adversity boldly.
Vibrant Legacy
Pope Francis’ current illness shouts loud and clear that people must continually perform their duties – even amidst monumental challenges. He keeps toiling and progressing.
The pontiff, along with church leaders and the global faithful, champions prayers fervently. The faithful collectively seek the Almighty’s assistance in this crucial moment for his health, redemption, and salvation. It is a faithful moment.
His unpalpable, courage, determination, and vision reinforce the scriptural verse: “Don’t worry about anything, instead pray about everything.” Philippians 4:6
He is at the summit of an enormous spiritual, human, and material edifice. This signifies an outstanding leader. So far, he has done his utmost to manage, direct, and motivate the global church with efficiency and proficiency.
This internationalist/globalist, despite his health concerns, is renowned for mediation and the call for peace and pacifism wherever there are wars, woes, and tempests of any nature. Pope France’s call for unity, solidarity, and compromise has helped stem the rise of disasters and mayhem in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. His relentless quest for progress and development earned him praise and admiration everywhere. Pope Francis is further respected for his crusade against child and spousal abuse, women’s oppression, the growing chasm between the rich and poor as well as all sorts of devastating traumas throughout the world. He shines as an indefatigable mediator.
Pope Francis spiritedly champions cooperation, collaboration, and diversity, in myriad corners of the universe.
Whenever any catastrophe or pandemic occurs, the Pope and his representatives wherever they may be help in some way, form, or gesture, to tackle the situation. The Pope thus serves as a staunch humanitarian, revered vanguard, philanthropist, eminent redemptory, prominent deliverer, and preeminent catalyst. He is indeed one of the foremost leaders, managers, and “go-to” giants in the contemporary world. To millions, he outshines as the star-studded hero of the universe who towers in a class of his own. Indeed, he is a towering giant of integrity, dignity, and impeccable strategist.
Alpha & Omega
The Pope is the Alpha and the Omega. Yes! The Pope shines as silver and gold and millions of people propel him as that iconic legend for all times. When he speaks, people listen.
Pope Francis, like his predecessors and humans at large, is definitively pondering the future. As an octogenarian, church leaders and other watchers globally must be focusing on his replacement. So far, he has excelled in several areas. They include: church financial management, membership growth, training and development, of new priests for global crisis management, globalization, interculturalism, promotion of new technologies, local church affairs and concerns, public relations, and internationalism.
Above all, Pope Francis endeavors to abide by his local and international timetable. He leads prayers, participates in church meetings and functions, and wisely delegates some tasks that are needed to those under his tutelage.
He towers among the living legends of his and any generation. Yes! he is a giant of all times. Be blessed, Pope Frances. May the Lord strengthen, keep, lead, and guide the towering leader.
