LYNN

Arrests

Luis Lozada, 24, of Parker Avenue in Lynn, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Saturday on charges of three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Primus, 63, of North Common Street in Lynn, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for violating parole or probation.

911 Hang-ups

On Friday, reports of 911 hang-ups at 4:46 a.m. on Whiting Street, 5:14 a.m. on Amity Street, 7:13 a.m. on Washington Street, 9:34 a.m. on Brookline Street, 3:10 p.m. on South Common Street, 3:13 p.m. on Harvest Street, 3:39 p.m. on Washington Street, 4:45 p.m. on Elm Street, and 11:25 p.m. on Chatham Street.

On Saturday, reports of 911 hang-ups at 6:44 a.m. on South Common Street, 1:26 p.m. on Clifton Avenue, 3:19 p.m. on Liberty Square, 5:31 p.m. on Lewis Street, and 8:17 p.m. on Eastern Avenue.

Alarms

On Friday, reports of alarms at 4:46 a.m. on Broad Street and 9:30 p.m. on Summer Street.

On Saturday, reports of alarms at 4:43 a.m. on Western Avenue, 4:52 a.m. on Market Street, 1:23 p.m. on Shepard Street, 3:40 p.m. on Munroe Street, and 8:20 p.m. on Market Street.

Area Checks

On Friday, reports of area checks at 1:35 a.m. on Curwin Circle, 1:48 a.m. and 4:21 p.m. at the shelter on Washington Street, 7:11 a.m. at Ford Elementary on Hollingsworth Street, 7:17 a.m. at Drewicz Elementary on Hood Street, 7:20 a.m. on Broadway, 7:21 a.m. at Harrington Elementary on Dexter Street, 7:34 a.m. at Shoemaker Elementary on Regina Road, 7:36 a.m. at Lynn English on Goodridge Street, 7:38 a.m. at Sisson Elementary on Conomo Avenue, 7:38 a.m. again at Harrington Elementary, 5:07 p.m. at the shelter on Washington Street, and 7:32 p.m. at Goldfish Pond on Lafayette Park.

On Saturday, a report of an area check was taken at 2:42 a.m. on Clark Street Playground.

Assault

A report of assault was taken at 2:34 p.m. Friday on Market Street.

Disturbances

On Friday, reports of disturbances at 1:40 p.m. on Meadow Court, 6:35 p.m. on Central Avenue, 7:00 p.m. on Essex Street, 7:16 p.m. on Arlington Street, and 10:54 p.m. on Maple Street.

On Saturday, disturbances were reported at 8:02 a.m. at Stop & Shop on Washington Street, 8:40 a.m. on Chestnut Street, 8:42 a.m. on Fenton Avenue, and 8:57 a.m. at Extra Space Storage on Lynnway.

Fight

On Friday, reports of fights at 2:34 p.m. on O’Callaghan Way and 3:10 p.m. on South Common Street.

On Saturday, reports of fights at 1:36 p.m. on North Franklin Street and 3:02 p.m. on Union Street.

Fire

On Friday, a report of fire was taken at 9:12 a.m. on Brookline Street.

On Saturday, a report of fire was taken at 11:07 a.m. on Lynnway.

Hazardous Condition

A hazardous condition was reported at 3:40 p.m. Saturday on Curwin Circle.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 12:32 a.m. at Domino’s Pizza, Saturday on Union Street, 5:43 p.m. on Lafayette Park, and 5:54 p.m. at All Checks Cashed on Market Square.

Motor Vehicles

On Friday, a motor vehicle accident was reported at 10:08 a.m. on Lynnway.

On Saturday, accidents were reported at 10:29 p.m. on Linwood Street and Parkland Avenue, and at 11:22 p.m. on Essex Street.

On Friday, motor vehicle stops were reported at 9:30 p.m. on Chestnut Street and 11:47 p.m. on Curwin Circle.

On Saturday, motor vehicle stops were reported at 5:25 a.m. on Boston Street and 1:24 p.m. on Dexter Street.

Neighborhood Problem

A neighborhood problem was reported at 9:49 a.m. Friday on Elizabeth Street.

Noise

On Friday, reports of noise at 2:30 a.m. on Vine Street, 8:53 a.m. on Brookline Street, 6:15 p.m. on Orchard Street, 7:50 p.m. on Eutaw Avenue, 10:27 p.m. at St. Michael’s Hall on Neptune Street, and 11:04 p.m. on Clark Street.

On Saturday, reports of noise at 6:55 p.m. on Temple Place and 11:54 p.m. on Quincy Terrace.

Shoplifting

Reports of shoplifting at 4:25 p.m. Friday at Market Basket on Federal Street and at 5:47 p.m. Saturday at Compare Market on State Street.

Suspicious Activity

On Friday, suspicious activity was reported at 10:23 a.m. on Eastern Avenue and at 10:00 p.m. on Essex Street.

On Saturday, suspicious activity was reported at 11:27 p.m. on Rockmere Gardens and at 11:49 p.m. on Commercial Street.

Threats

A report of threats was taken at 3:25 p.m. Friday on Jackson Street and at 10:53 p.m. Saturday on Newcastle Street.

Trespassing

On Friday, trespassing was reported at 2:24 a.m. on Washington Street, 6:36 a.m. on Central Avenue, and 7:31 a.m. on Atlantic Street.

On Saturday, reports of trespassing at 9:20 a.m. on Central Avenue, 8:01 p.m. on Whiting Street, and 8:40 p.m. on High Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Alarms

Reports of burglar alarms at 2:29 a.m. Saturday on Pickwick Road and 7:19 p.m. on Humphrey Street. Both were false alarms. 

General Complaints

Reports of general complaints at 1:11 a.m. Saturday on Washington Street, 1:32 a.m. on State Street, 1:48 a.m. on West Shore Drive, 12:30 p.m. on Pleasant Street, and 10:22 p.m. on Pleasant Street.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

Reports of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:47 a.m. Saturday on Ida Road and 1:47 p.m. on Euclid Avenue. Both were services rendered. 

Lost Wallet

A report of a lost wallet at 2:23 p.m. Saturday on Front Street. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 4:43 p.m. Saturday on Atlantic Drive at Ocean Avenue. Citation. 

Property Checks

Reports of property checks at 8:09 a.m. Saturday on Community Road, 8:12 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, and 10:47 a.m., 11:16 a.m., 12:32 p.m., and 2:17 p.m. on Lafayette Street.
