Arrests

Roberto Severino Bautista, 46, of Greenwood Place, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Sunday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, and two counts of default warrant.

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 3:39 a.m. Sunday on Western Avenue, 3:41 a.m. on Jackson Street, 6:14 a.m. on Halford Place, 8:34 a.m. on Pleasant Street, 10:17 a.m. on Hamilton Avenue, 12:41 p.m. on Arlington Street, 3:17 p.m. on Washington Street, 3:32 p.m. on Cook Street, 3:56 p.m. on Clifton Avenue, and 11:32 p.m. on Coburn Street.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 8:09 a.m. Sunday on Union Street, 8:58 a.m. on Lynnway, and 9:16 a.m. on Union Street.

An area check was conducted at 9:47 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street.

An assault was reported at 11:35 a.m. Sunday on Myrtle Street.

An assault and battery was reported at 2:01 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 12:44 a.m. Sunday on Lafayette Park and 11:46 p.m. on Pinkham Place.

Fight

A fight was reported at 8:26 p.m. Sunday on Union Street.

Fire

Reports of fires at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on Liberty Square and 2:42 p.m. on South Common Street.

Gunshot

A gunshot incident was reported at 5:31 p.m. Sunday on Kirtland Street.

Missing Person

A missing person was reported at 12:52 p.m. Sunday on Green Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:49 a.m. Sunday at Brownville Avenue and Essex Street, 2:57 p.m. at Atlantic Street and Broad Street, 3:25 p.m. on Den Quarry Road, 6:54 p.m. on Etna Place, and 8:00 p.m. on Linwood Road.

A motor vehicle accident with personal injury was reported at 3:17 p.m. Sunday on Den Quarry Road.

A hit and run was reported at 5:11 p.m. Sunday on Broadway.

Noise Complaints

Reports of noise complaints at 10:38 a.m. Sunday on Munroe Street, 1:50 p.m. on Linwood Road, 6:11 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard, and 9:34 p.m. on Waterford Street.

Shoplifting

Shoplifting was reported at 8:34 p.m. Sunday on Western Avenue.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 12:49 a.m. Sunday on Baldwin Street, 7:31 a.m. on Starrett Road, 1:50 p.m. on Dexter Street, 4:05 p.m. on Atlantic Street, and 8:09 p.m. on Newton Avenue.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 5:44 p.m. Sunday on Rainbow Road and West Shore Drive, 6:17 p.m. on Stratford Road and Angenica Terrace, 9:01 p.m. on Maple Street and Tedesco Street and 9:09 p.m. on Dartmouth Road and Lafayette Street.

Reports of property checks at 4:38 p.m, 4:40 p.m., 6:49 p.m. and 9:42 p.m. Sunday on Atlantic Avenue, 4:39 p.m., 6:40 p.m. and 9:44 p.m. on Community Road and 9:58 p.m. on Lighthouse Lane.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 7:30 a.m. Sunday on Sevinor Road.

SAUGUS

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 12:55 a.m. Sunday on Broadway. McGarvey’s Towing reported that were having an issue with the owner of a vehicle they are trying to tow. Vehicle towed; a report at 2:48 p.m. in the area of Main Street. Officer reported a disturbance in the center. Investigated. 

Found Property

A report of found property at 6:53 a.m. Sunday at Essex Street Fire Station on Essex Street. Engine 1 called in and reported a citizen dropped off a cell phone found on the trail. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:51 p.m. Sunday on Broadway at Main Street. Officer reported an accident on the ramp. Services rendered. 

A report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at 11:08 a.m. Sunday at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Caller reported he discovered his white Honda Civic had been struck while parked. Investigated; a report at 7:25 p.m. on Broadway. Caller reported he was involved in an accident and the other car continued and finally stopped in the Kohl’s parking lot in Saugus. Services rendered; a report at 10:27 p.m. at Route 1 Grillhouse on Broadway. Ambulance 1 reported a hit-and-run. State police to handle.  

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:57 a.m. Sunday on Central Street. Verbal warning; a report at 6:32 p.m. at Full-House Realty Inc. on Central Street. Verbal warning. 

Noise Complaints

A report of a noise complaint at 12:55 a.m. Sunday at Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Caller reported that she could hear arguing from the room above and she had contacted the front desk but it is still going on. She stated there was a lot of banging around and she could hear a male voice telling the female voice to sit down and not move. Services rendered; A report at 1:55 a.m. on Atherton Street. Multiple callers reported loud music and screaming coming from the area. Services rendered. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 8:14 p.m. Sunday at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. A Target employee called regarding a male who refused to leave the store. The suspect left before the officers arrived. Services rendered.
