LYNN

Arrests

Jhon Fleurissaint, 39, of Orchard Street in Malden, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Tuesday on charges of breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony and willful malicious wanton damage.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 3:23 a.m. Tuesday on South Common Street, 3:33 a.m. on Western Avenue, and 7:59 p.m. on Boston Street.

Animal Bite

A report of an animal bite was taken at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday on Fayette Street.

Area Checks

Officers conducted area checks at 1:31 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street, 1:59 a.m. on Curwin Circle, 7:25 a.m. on Blossom Street, and 7:52 p.m. at Brotherhood Credit Union on Market Street.

Assault & Battery

A report of assault and battery was taken at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday at 300 Washington Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday on Neptune Street, 11:41 a.m. on Autumn Street, 12:51 p.m. at Eastern Bank on Boston Street, 1:36 p.m. on Harding Street, 4:24 p.m. at the MBTA Parking Garage on Market Street, and 6:07 p.m. on Surfsider Road.

Fight

A fight was reported at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday at the Speedway Gas Station on Liberty Street.

Hazardous Condition

A hazardous condition was reported at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street, 5:55 p.m. on Lambert Avenue, and 10:00 p.m. on Bickford Street.

Missing Person

A missing person was reported at 3:41 p.m. Tuesday on Highland Avenue.

Robbery

A robbery was reported at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday on Surfside Road.

Shoplifting

Shoplifting was reported at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Walgreens on Joyce Street.

Suspicious Activity

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday on Tilton Place.

Threats

Reports of threats at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on Gail Road and 4:06 p.m. on Boston Street.

Trespassing

Trespassing was reported at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday on High Street, 9:33 a.m. on Neptune Boulevard, and 5:41 p.m. on Broad Street.

Vandalism

A vandalism report was taken at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday on Union Street.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Alyssa Marie Wright, a 17-and-over female of Bresnahan Court, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday for charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, trespassing, and shoplifting $250+ by concealing merchandise. 

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 2:53 a.m. Tuesday at Eastern Bank on Lincoln Avenue. Canceled prior to arrival; a report at 10:54 a.m. on Scotts Mill Court. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday at Belmonte STEAM Academy on Dow Street. Building appears to be secure; a report at 11:26 p.m. at Belmonte STEAM Academy. Building appears to be secure. 

Assist Citizen

A walk-in report of citizen assistance at 6:56 p.m. Tuesday at LA Fitness on Broadway. Services rendered. 

Break and Entry/Burglary

A report of a break and entry/burglary at 8:06 a.m. at Sears Automotive Center on Broadway. A Boston Board Up employee reported the locks to the old Sears had been cut open overnight. It was reported no one had made entry into the building. Report taken.

Bylaw Violation

A report of a bylaw violation at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday on Biscayne Avenue. Officers conducted a survey of a house on Biscayne Avenue. This was performed because the Saugus PD received a complaint of unregistered motor vehicles parked on the property in violation of a town bylaw. Departmental action. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a break and entry into a motor vehicle at 8 a.m. Tuesday on Central Street. Caller reported his Nissan Altima was broken into overnight. Owner confirmed no items were taken. Services rendered.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday at Kowloon on Broadway. A two-car accident was reported in the high-speed lane. Removed to hospital; a report at 4:59 p.m. in the Godfrieds Plaza on Walnut Street at Broadway. A third-party caller reported his wife was involved in an accident, and the other operator refused to provide his information. No police service necessary. 

Property Damage

A report of property damage at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday at Dunkin on Hamilton Street. An employee reported a potential customer walked into a glass window payne and broke it. Investigated. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday at Macy’s on Broadway. Caller reported it appeared there were three people bullying a young woman on the sidewalk and they had guided her into the business. Officers reported loss prevention was detaining a shoplifter. Arrest of a 17 and over female. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 8:58 a.m. Tuesday at J. Pace and Sons on Main Street. Caller reported they received a bad check. It was confirmed no fraud was committed and it was an employee error. Investigated.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday at Home Depot on Broadway. A caller reported his vehicle was keyed in the lot. Investigated. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday on Duncan Terrace, 9:31 a.m. on Forest Avenue, 9:58 a.m. on Burpee Terrace, 10:06 on Elm Place, 10:14 a.m. on Pitman Road, 11:19 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, and 12:57 p.m. on Paradise Road.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 12:46 a.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Crossing and Humphrey Street, 1:36 a.m. on Elmwood Road and Paradise Road, 10:28 a.m. on Swampscott Avenue and Walker Road, 10:42 a.m. on Franklin Avenue, and 1:00 p.m. on Salem Street. 

Traffic Enforcement Posts

Reports of traffic enforcement posts at 5:59 a.m. Tuesday on Humphrey Street, 6:00 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue and Palmer Avenue, 10:25 a.m. on Banks Road and Walker Road, 12:37 p.m. on Salem Street, and 6:31 p.m. on Paradise Road.

Trespass 

Reports of trespassing at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday on Paradise Road.
