SAUGUS — Town Manager Scott Crabtree invites the public to attend a presentation that will highlight findings from a comprehensive study into the feasibility of a third fire station/EMS public safety building on the west side of town.
On April 14 at 6 p.m. at the Saugus Town Hall Auditorium, Crabtree and stakeholders will present the findings of a study that analyzed existing Saugus Fire Department response times and incident coverage to determine the viability of a new fire station/EMS public safety building and where such a facility could be located to best serve the community’s public safety needs.
The presentation will cover potential areas for a new fire station/EMS public safety building on the west side of Saugus that can best address the response time studies.
Residents and town officials are encouraged to attend this informational presentation to learn more about where the town is in the process of pursuing a new fire station/EMS public safety building.
