I am writing to express my strong endorsement for the re-election of Mary Ellen Fletcher to the Swampscott Select Board.
During her current term, Mary Ellen Fletcher has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our town and its residents. Her dedication to fostering a community built on financial responsibility and respectful communication has been evident in her thoughtful and effective approach to governance.
As Mary Ellen embarks on her second term, her focus on the critical infrastructure of Swampscott, as well as the needs of our aging population, our veterans and all residents of our community with clear and thoughtful communication. She understands the importance of maintaining our town’s buildings and addressing the serious sewage issue on King’s Beach. These are vital issues that require careful attention and proactive solutions, especially in a fiscally responsible manner, and I am confident that Mary Ellen is the right person to lead us in these areas.
Mary Ellen has consistently shown that through open and respectful dialogue, we can address complex challenges and create a stronger, more resilient Swampscott. She represents the residents of Swampscott with integrity and respect, always listening carefully and acting in the best interests of our community.
