LYNN

Arrests

Raymond Costa, 31, of Pine Grove Drive, Brockton, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. Sunday on a warrant charge.

Estiven Zacarias Tomas, 19, of Highland Avenue, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Sunday on charges of OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of liquor by a person under 21, and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Mario Candela, 31, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Sunday on a default warrant charge.

Shelby Carter, 29, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Sunday on two default warrant charges.

Wilmer Lopez Salazar, 28, of High Rock, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. Sunday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and a default warrant.

Faizal Iga, 27, of Cranebrook Way, Peabody, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Sunday on a straight warrant.

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 7:33 a.m. Sunday on Laighton Street, 7:40 a.m. on Lynnway, 9:51 a.m. on Western Avenue, 11:10 a.m. on Pine Point Road, 12:12 p.m. on Winthrop Street, 1:16 p.m. on Oakville Street, 1:56 p.m. on Oakville Street, 2:29 p.m. on Washington Street, 4:32 p.m. on Rockaway Street, 5:20 p.m. on Rogers Avenue, 8:04 p.m. on Market Square, 9:38 p.m. on Munroe Street, 9:47 p.m. on Essex Street, and 11:04 p.m. on West Baltimore Street.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 7:51 a.m. Sunday on Broad Street.

Vandalism

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 10:00 a.m. Sunday on Story Avenue and 11:57 a.m. on Estes Street.

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 5:39 a.m. Sunday at Belmonte STEAM Academy on Dow Street. Building appears to be secure; a report at 10:10 a.m. at Cliftondale Liquors on Essex Street. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 12:38 p.m. at Belmonte STEAM Academy on Dow Street. Building appears to be secure; a report at 4:46 p.m. at the UPS Warehouse on the Salem Turnpike. Accidental/defective alarm. 

Break & Enter/Burglary

A report of a break and enter/burglary at 9:46 p.m. Sunday on Broadway. Caller reported her apartment was broken into and jewelry was taken. Report taken. 

Counterfeiting 

A report of counterfeiting at 1:53 p.m. Sunday at the Square One Mall on Broadway. Mall security has recovered a counterfeit $100 bill. He reported bringing the item to the station. Report taken. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 1:19 a.m. Sunday at the Rail Trail on Laurel Street. Caller reported a woman screaming in a tent. Revere PD also responded. Peace restored; a report at 4:40 a.m. at Roller World on Broadway. Caller reported a man in a baseball hat walking around behind the building and looking through windows. Services rendered; a report at 9:05 p.m. at Fuddruckers on Broadway. Caller reported a gathering of cars playing loud radios causing a disturbance. Gathering of approximately 100 cars was dispersed. Dispersed gathering; a report at 9:25 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Caller reported a large group of cars driving recklessly through the parking lot. Dispersed gathering.  

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:22 p.m. Sunday on Water Street. Caller reported a motor vehicle that went off the road. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:36 p.m. Sunday on Broadway. Citation issued. 

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 10:50 p.m. Sunday on Bristow Street. Caller reported that there was a silver vehicle that drove around his house multiple times. Area search negative. 

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 2:46 a.m. Sunday on Lynn Fells Parkway. Caller reported a loud house party with a lot of vehicles. Investigated. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 5:31 p.m. Sunday at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. A woman reported coming from Homegoods in Chelsea, where she encountered an unknown man. She went to Target, and the same man approached her in the store. Report taken; a report at 8:09 p.m. on Saugus Avenue. Caller reported some suspicious activity associated with the unit next door. Investigated, nothing found. 

Suspicious Person

A report of a suspicious person at 4:59 p.m. Sunday on Benson Avenue. Caller reported there was a man in his yard. Area search negative.
