To the editor:
I am writing today in support of the re-election of Katie Phelan for the Town of Swampscott Select Board. I have gotten to know Katie in the last months while working on the new VFW Housing project. Although I am not on an official board, I am a neighbor residing on Pine Street across from this project. Katie has been nothing but professional in trying to prioritize both the needs of the neighborhood and the veterans, making sure she spoke with everyone involved.
Katie has taken a balanced approach in this project, which she does in every project she and the Select Board have been involved with. She tries to make the best decisions for everyone involved in any project regarding the town.
Please join me in voting for Katie Phelan for re-election to the Select Board on April 29. She is an asset to the community, as well as a strong and dedicated leader.
