LYNN

Arrests

Cristian Brito Delahera, 26, of Willow Street, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday on charges of trespassing and ordinance violation for possession of a knife with a blade.

Wendy Owie, 63, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday on charges of trespassing and subsequent offense possession of a Class E drug.

Eric Hernandez, 32, of Kenwood Terrace, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant arrest.

Tiffany McPherson-Gordon, 38, of Swampscott Avenue in Peabody, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on a default warrant.

Gabrielle Gainley, 46, of Willow Street, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of trespassing.

Jose Mendoza, 36, of Willow Street, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of trespassing.

Jonathan Hernandez Ocasio, 34, of Willow Street, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of possession of a Class B drug.

Mussab Asim, 22, of Justinian Way in Boston, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday on charges of resisting arrest, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.

Sheila Kelley, 55, of Willow Street, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of sexual conduct for a fee.

Roberto Moya-Batista, 38, of Willow Street, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of trespassing.

911 Hang-ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday on O’Callaghan Way, 12:12 p.m. on South Common Street, 12:25 p.m. on Washington Street, 1:00 p.m. on Timson Street, 1:36 p.m. on Mudge Street, 3:26 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, 3:58 p.m. and 4:02 p.m. on Market Street, 5:51 p.m. on Memorial Park Avenue, and 10:52 p.m. on Marianna Street.

A&B

A report of assault and battery was taken at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday on Munroe Street.

Alarms

Reports of alarms at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday on Logan Street, 9:26 a.m. on Western Avenue, 5:48 p.m. on Grant Street, 5:32 p.m. on Forest Street, and 11:00 p.m. on South Street.

Animal Complaints

Animal-related calls came in at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday at Kiley Playground on Burrill Avenue, 11:45 a.m. on Timsbury Terrace, and 12:58 p.m. on Rollin Terrace.

Area Checks

Officers conducted area checks at 1:48 a.m. Wednesday at Shelter on Washington Street, 1:52 a.m. on Liberty Street, 3:13 a.m. on Curwin Circle, 9:37 a.m. at Shelter on Washington Street, 2:26 p.m. on Western Avenue, 6:39 p.m. on Andrew Street, 11:31 p.m. at Broad and Market Streets.

Disturbances

Disturbances were reported at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Terrace, 5:44 p.m. on Pleasant Street, 6:40 p.m. on Fortesque Terrace, 10:21 p.m. at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home on Maple Street.

Fight

Fights were reported at 3:32 p.m. Wednesday at Barry Park on Waterford Street and at 6:20 p.m. at CVS Pharmacy on South Common Street.

Hazardous Condition

A hazardous condition was reported at 11:39 a.m. Wednesday at Goldfish Pond on Lafayette Park.

Larceny

A larceny was reported at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday on the Lynnway.

Missing Person

Missing persons were reported at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday on Park Street, 5:14 p.m. on Pleasant Street, and 7:34 p.m. on High Rock Street.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

Motor vehicle accidents were reported at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday on Boston Street, 1:17 p.m. at Oakville and Summer Streets, 4:24 p.m. on Broadway, and 5:03 p.m. on Western Avenue.

Noise Complaints

Reports of noise complaints at 1:09 p.m. Wednesday on King Street, 3:57 p.m. on High Rock Terrace, and 12:13 a.m. Thursday on Western Avenue.

Robbery

A robbery was reported at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday at Acorn and Hollingsworth Streets.

Shoplifting

Shoplifting was reported at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday at Enjoy Liquor & Food Market on Union Street.

Suspicious Activity

Suspicious activity was reported at 12:53 a.m. Thursday on Blossom Street and at 12:55 a.m. on Sutton and Johnson Streets.

Threats

A threats report was logged at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday on Union Street.

Trespassing

Trespassing incidents were reported at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday on Liberty Street and at 8:14 p.m. on Oxford Street.

Neighborhood Problem

Neighborhood problems were reported at 4:21 p.m. Wednesday on Farrell Road and at 6:12 p.m. on Chestnut Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Assault

A report of assault at 1:01 a.m. Wednesday on Evans Road.

Assist Citizen

A report of assisting a citizen at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday on West Shore Drive.

Building Check

Reports of building checks at 12:41 a.m. Wednesday on Gerry Street, 12:56 a.m. on Vine Street, 5:49 a.m. on West Shore Drive, 5:56 a.m. and 5:57 a.m. on Lafayette Street, 6:04 a.m. Atlantic Avenue, 6:06 a.m., 6:08 a.m., 6:11 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. on Community Road and 6:55 a.m. on Ocean Avenue.

Complaint General

Reports of general complaints at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday on Atlantic Avenue and 3:04 p.m. on Broughton Road.

A report of disturbance at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on Front Street.

Reports of found/lost property at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday on Atlantic Avenue and 12:02 p.m. on Ocean Avenue.

A report of a funeral escort detail at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday on Atlantic Avenue.

General Information

A report of general information at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday on Gerry Street.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

Reports of larceny/forgery/fraud at 7:47 a.m. Wednesday on Pilgrim Road and 3:58 p.m. on Orne Street.

Motor Vehicles (moving complaint)

Reports of motor vehicle moving complaints at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street and Gerry Street and 7:40 p.m. on Lafayette Street and Carna Road.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday on Higgins Road.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Ashley N. McIsaac, a 17-and-over woman of Broadway, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. for two WMS Dockets. 

Matthew Thomas Cyckowski, a 17-and-over male of Bennett Avenue, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. for a charge of a straight warrant docket. 

Cody James Martell, a 17-and-over male of Susan Drive, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. for a charge of a straight warrant docket. 

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 4:54 a.m. Wednesday at Saugus Middle High School on Pearce Memorial Drive. Canceled prior to arrival; a report at 10:06 a.m. on Sterling Avenue. Investigated, nothing found.  

Animal Complaints

A report of an animal complaint at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday on Central Street. ACO McCullough was out delivering a citation. Services rendered; a report at 11:48 a.m. on Grandview Avenue. ACO McCullough was requesting assistance to gain access underneath a shed, where a dog was being attacked by a raccoon.  Public assist. 

Assist Citizen

A report of citizen assistance at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday on Ballard Street. Caller requested assistance with locating her stolen phone, and it last pinged at the location she went to. Services rendered; a report at 10:21 p.m. on Granite Road. A woman wanted to speak to an officer about a verbal dispute with her downstairs neighbor. Advised civil action. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday on Newhall Avenue. An UBER driver reported having a disagreement with one of her passengers. Peace restored. 

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday on Forest Street. Caller reported a sewage backup in his home. DPW notified. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:26 a.m. Wednesday on Essex Street. Multiple callers reported a vehicle going into a parked car. No one was in the vehicle that was hit. Services rendered. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday at Macy’s on Broadway. Citation warning; a report at 10:30 p.m. on Walnut Street. Citation issued; a report at 11:04 p.m. at Sullivan Tire on Broadway. Citation warning. 

A report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday in Saugus Center. Caller reported she was the victim of a hit-and-run that had taken place in the Saugus Center rotary. Report taken. 

Neighborhood Problem

A walk-in report of a neighborhood problem at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday on Ballard Street. A man went into the station and reported a past verbal altercation that had happened with a neighbor. Advised civil action. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday at Applebee’s on Broadway at Walnut Street. Caller reported seeing a male party walking down Walnut Street heading into Lybb carrying what looked like a rifle case. Investigated; a report at 11:14 p.m. at Citizens Bank on Main Street. Caller reported that there was a male sleeping in the bank vestibule. Investigated.  

Vandalism

A walk-in report of vandalism at 1:04 p.m. Wednesday in the area of the fire station on Essex Street. A man went into the station and reported that while driving on Essex Street, his back windshield was vandalized.
