LYNN

Arrests

Michael Chhoeun, 42, of Tracy Avenue, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Friday on a charge of trespassing.

Justin Cooke, 41, of Mount Vernon Street, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. Friday on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation, and license not in possession.

Renold Altidor, 29, of Belleaire Avenue, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. Friday on charges of default warrant, trespassing, and ordinance violation of open container.

Kayla Tanzella, 33, of Whiting Street, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. Friday on a charge of sexual conduct for a fee.

Walter Riera-Cando, 36, of Jefferson Street, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Friday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one-way street violation.

Victor Perez Virula, 30, of no known address, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Friday on a charge of default warrant.

David Garcia, 20, of Silver Birch Lane, Haverhill, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Saturday on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor.

Andrew Johnson, 32, of Barry Street, Quincy, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. Saturday on a charge of trespassing.

Oracio Ramos Chilel, 27, of Gardiner Street, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Saturday on charges of straight warrant (two counts), number plate violation, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, open container of alcohol in vehicle, receiving stolen property under $1200, and disguise to obstruct justice.

Prowler

Reports of a prowler at 10:47 a.m. on Ocean Avenue, the caller reported an unknown person at the rear door of the residence. Officers checked the area and helped the owner set up an alarm and cameras.
