Arrests

Michele Clements, 47, of Sargents Court, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Monday on charges of straight warrant.

Igor Saillant Kush, 43, of Fayette Street, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. Monday on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Candise Walker, 40, was arrested at 7:00 p.m. Monday on charges of trespassing.

Derek Smith, 54, of Newhall Street, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. Monday on charges of straight warrant and resisting arrest.

David Torres Gonzalez, 35, of Gateway Lane, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. Monday on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Amy LaRocque, 41, of Willow Street, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Monday on charges of sexual conduct for fee.

Kenia Torres, 45, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Monday on charges of disorderly conduct, drug possession to distribute, open container violation and threat to commit a crime.

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 5:32 p.m. at Stop & Shop on Main Street. Caller reported a dog was locked inside a vehicle, and the windows were all rolled up. The dog seemed uncomfortable. Services rendered. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 2:39 p.m. Monday on Hamilton Street. A man reported that a woman was harassing him and attaching threatening letters to his door. Peace restored; a report at 3:07 p.m. at Sears. Caller reported a verbal dispute over a parking cone. Peace restored; a report at 6:56 p.m. at For Eyes Optical on Broadway. Store manager called regarding a man banging and spitting on the door after closing. Peace restored. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:23 a.m. on Main Street. Caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries. Report taken; a report at 10:39 a.m. at Lynnhurst Elementary on Elm Street. Officer reported she was flagged down for a possible accident in the area. No police service necessary; a report at 12:40 p.m. at J. Pace and Sons on Main Street. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 10:15 a.m. Monday at Guys Liquor Store on Main Street.

Road Rage

A report of road rage at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Public Safety Building on Hamilton Street. A walk-in reported a road rage incident where a man allegedly brandished a firearm. Sergeant found the vehicle and spoke to all parties involved. It was a toy gun. Investigated. 

Sound of Gunshots

A report of the sound of gunshots at 2:40 a.m. Monday on Water Street. Caller reported hearing what she believed to be gunshots. Sergeant responded and saw nothing on Water Street. Area search negative. 

Suspicious Activity 

A report of suspicious activity at 11:45 a.m. Monday on Fiske Avenue. Caller reported a neighbor left a couch in front of his home. Services rendered; a report at 1:56 p.m. at Dick’s on Broadway. Officer reported she was off with a group of cars occupied at Dick’s. Services rendered; a report at 6:36 p.m. on Auburn Street. A man reported that a male party came to the door and made threats, suggesting he owed him money. Services rendered.
