Franco Santos Toribio, 46, of Washington Street, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. Sunday on charges of ordinance violation: drinking in public.

John Bell, 65, no address provided, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Sunday on charges of trespassing.

A report of a burglar alarm at 7:24 a.m. Sunday on Broadway. Investigated; a report at 9:28 p.m. at Home Depot on Broadway. Building appears to be secure; a report at 11:18 p.m. at Home Depot on Broadway. Building appears to be secure. 

Found Property

A walk-in report of found property at 8:25 a.m. Sunday at the Public Safety Building on Hamilton Street. A wallet was returned. 

Larceny

A walk-in report of larceny at 3:09 p.m. Sunday at Marshalls on Broadway. A woman walked into the station and reported that her wallet had been stolen from her carriage. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:01 a.m. Sunday on Central Street at Jackson Street. Citation warning. 

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 9:26 p.m. Sunday on Broadway. Caller reported two dogs in a unit that had been barking for the past 4 hours. Services rendered. 

Property Damage

A walk-in report of property damage at 1:03 a.m. Sunday at Dave’s Hot Chicken on Broadway. A man walked into the station and reported damage to his vehicle. After leaving Dave’s, he returned to his vehicle and found his windshield wiper arm ripped off. Report taken.  

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:05 p.m. Sunday at Army Barracks Inc. on Broadway. Caller wanted to inform the department that there was paintball activity behind the store. Referred to other agency. 

Vandalism

A walk-in report of vandalism at 3:17 p.m. Sunday on Walnut Street. A man walked into the station and reported that his mother’s tires might have been slashed. Services rendered.

Disturbance

Reports of a disturbance at 4:51 p.m. Sunday on Paradise Road, a party reportedly threw a jar of sauce on the ground after being told the item could not be returned.
