LYNN

Arrests

Caitlyn Camp, 32, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. Monday on charges of sexual conduct for a fee, possession of a Class A drug, and possession of a Class B drug.

Christian Castillo, 30, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Monday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class A drug, buy/sell/receive trade secret, and two default warrants.

Davia Gunderman, 32, of Willow Street, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Monday on a charge of sexual conduct for a fee.

911 Hang-ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 3:41 a.m. on Ocean Street, 6:40 a.m. on Sheridan Street, 11:28 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Rantoul Avenue, 11:30 a.m. on Washington Street, 1:16 p.m. on O’Callaghan Way, 1:20 p.m. on Franklin Street, 4:20 p.m. at Pleasant and State streets, 4:32 p.m. on Essex Street, 9:00 p.m. on Tremont Street, 9:16 p.m. on Broad Street, 9:40 p.m. on St. Clair Street, and 11:43 p.m. on Rockmere Gardens.

Alarms

Alarm calls were reported at 5:13 a.m. on the Lynnway, 7:28 a.m. on the Lynnway, 7:33 a.m. at Pride Chevrolet on the Lynnway, 10:00 a.m. on the Lynnway, 11:25 a.m. on Western Avenue, 1:12 p.m. on River Street, 5:04 p.m. on Broadway, 9:32 p.m. on Union Street, and 5:02 a.m. Tuesday at 780 Washington Street and Pride Kia on the Lynnway.

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

A report of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was taken at 6:35 p.m. on Western Avenue.

Area Checks

Officers conducted area checks at 1:10 a.m., 2:43 a.m., and 3:29 a.m. on Clairmont Street; 1:36 a.m. and 11:33 p.m. at Barry Park on Waterford Street; 2:45 a.m. and 3:51 a.m. on Liberty Street; 7:09 a.m. at Washington Elementary School on Blossom Street; 7:17 a.m. at Sisson Elementary School on Conomo Avenue; 8:09 a.m. at Brickett Elementary School on Lewis Street; 11:03 a.m. on Euclid Avenue; 4:05 p.m. at Flax Pond Park on Chestnut Street; 11:33 p.m. on Clairmont Street; and 11:33 p.m. again at Barry Park.

Disturbances

Disturbance calls came in at 5:18 a.m. on Bennett Circle, 5:26 a.m. on Broad Street, 9:20 a.m. on Essex Street, 9:21 a.m. on Andrew Street, 12:35 p.m. on Bennett Street, 3:47 p.m. at a Washington Street shelter, 7:09 p.m. on High Street, and 7:10 p.m. on Market Street.

Fight

A fight was reported at 4:05 p.m. on South Common Street.

Fire Calls

Fire-related calls were reported at 4:44 a.m. and 5:19 a.m. on Nahant Street, 5:37 a.m. on Lewis Street, 10:56 a.m. on Spring Street, 1:12 p.m. on River Street, and 6:55 p.m. at 50 Lynnway.

Hazardous Condition

A hazardous condition was reported at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday on Elm Street.

Larceny

Reports of larceny were logged at 7:30 a.m. on Adams Street, 10:51 a.m. on Essex Street, 2:40 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. on Grant Street.

Missing Person

A missing person was reported at 11:03 p.m. at Goldfish Pond on Lafayette Park.

Motor Vehicles

Accidents were reported at 5:54 a.m. at Eastern Avenue and Ocean Street, 7:56 a.m. and 8:05 a.m. on Western Avenue, 8:15 a.m. on Autumn Street, 12:06 p.m. on the Lynnway near Lynn Shore Drive, 2:42 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, 2:45 p.m. on Tremont Street, 7:51 p.m. on Ocean Street, 8:00 p.m. on Central Avenue, 10:24 p.m. at 540 Lynnway, and 9:32 a.m. Tuesday at Floyd Avenue and Lynnfield Street.

Shoplifting

Shoplifting was reported at 7:00 p.m. at Compare Market on State Street.

Suspicious Activity

Suspicious activity was reported at 4:45 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard, 5:16 p.m. on Lynnfield Street inbound, 5:40 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard, 9:16 p.m. at Manning Field, and 11:28 p.m. on Baker Street.

Threats

A threats complaint was logged at 7:58 p.m. on Clonakilty Lane.

Trespassing

Trespassing incidents were reported at 9:00 a.m. on South Common Street, 11:26 a.m. on Andrew Street, 1:42 p.m. on Union Street, 3:23 p.m. on Lincoln Street, 4:52 p.m. on Washington Street, and 11:02 p.m. on Munroe Street.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism was taken at 9:45 a.m. at Stanwood Street and Western Avenue.

A report of a 911 hang up at 9:09 a.m. Monday on Mechanic Square.

Assist Citizen

A report of assisting a citizen at 4:53 p.m. Monday on Pond Street.

Complaint General

Reports of general complaints at 9:10 a.m. Monday on Evans Road, 10:51 a.m. on West Shore Drive, 3:06 p.m. on West Shore Drive and Cornell Road and 8 p.m. on Humphrey Street and Clifton Avenue.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 11:15 a.m. Monday on Lime Street.

Found/Lost Property

Reports of found/lost property at 8:39 a.m. Monday on Humphrey Street and 9:08 a.m. on Kenneth Road.

A report of general information at 3:33 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue.

Minor Fender Bender

A report of a minor fender bender at 7:17 a.m. Monday on Elm Street and Evans Road.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 3:01 p.m. Monday on Beringer Way.

PEABODY 

Arrests

Milovan Tellez, 58, of Park Street, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Monday on a charge of courtesy booking for another department.

911 Hang-ups

Reports of 911 hang-ups at 7 Sheffield Drive at 6:14 a.m., 128 Newbury Street at 7:53 a.m., and 43 Franklin Street at 12:22 p.m.

Alarms

Reports of burglar or fire alarms at Upton Manor on Walnut Street at 12:01 a.m., Schenker on Technology Drive at 12:13 a.m., Dunkin’ on Andover Street at 3:04 a.m., Tannin Corporation on Walnut Street at 5:35 a.m., Salem Country Club on Forest Street at 5:45 a.m., and North Shore Plastic Surgery on First Avenue at 5:36 p.m. All were determined to be unfounded or accidental.

Animal Control

Police responded to a report of dogs in a vehicle at Ulta Beauty on Andover Street at 12:32 p.m. but were unable to locate the car. At 3:33 p.m., a small white dog was brought to the station by a good Samaritan after being found loose on Aborn Street. The dog was returned to its owner. It was later determined the dog had been enticed off its property.

Police performed area checks at Bishop Fenwick High School on Margin Street at 12:28 a.m., Big Y Plaza on Lowell Street at 2:22 a.m., Extended Stay America on Jubilee Drive at 10:17 a.m., Marriott Hotel on Centennial Drive at 11:16 a.m., St. Ann’s Church on Lynn Street at 11:49 a.m., St. Adelaide’s Parish Center on Lowell Street at 5:04 p.m. and again at 11:01 p.m., Community Covenant Church on Lake Street at 5:11 p.m. and 8:53 p.m., Covenant Christian Academy on Pine Street at 5:18 p.m. and 9:03 p.m., Chabad of Peabody on Lowell Street at 6:39 p.m., Alliance Health at Rosewood on Johnson Street at 6:43 p.m., Holiday Inn on Newbury Street at 6:30 p.m., McCarthy School on Lake Street at 8:56 p.m., and West Congregational Church on Johnson Street at 9:08 p.m. All locations were found in good order.

Disturbances

Officers responded twice to Aborn Street for reports of loud music and noise at 5:22 a.m. and 5:51 a.m. Peace was restored in both instances. At 8:12 p.m., police responded to a report of a street BBQ with loud music on Tremont Place. The group was advised to quiet down.

Larceny

Larceny reports were taken for a stolen package at Preserve North Apartments on Warren Street at 10:48 a.m. and a gas drive-off at J&H Truck Repair on Newbury Street at 3:42 p.m.

Motor Vehicles

Minor crashes were reported at Warren Street at 7:11 a.m., Walnut Street at 3:15 p.m., Mill Street at 5:04 p.m., and Tremont Street at 9:36 p.m. The Tremont crash involved a vehicle hitting a pole. PMLP was notified.

Officers issued verbal or written warnings for equipment issues, registration violations, and traffic offenses at Central Street, Newbury Street, Lynnfield Street, Foster Street, Summit Street, and other locations throughout the day.

Neighborhood Dispute

A dispute between neighbors over a doormat was reported on Truman Road at 3:31 p.m.

Suspicious Activity

A report of a man without a shirt acting irate was received from Bunghole Liquors on Lowell Street at 4:45 p.m., but the man had left by the time officers arrived.

Traffic Complaints and Hazards

Officers responded to reports of road hazards and complaints including a wrong-way driver on Route 128, a vehicle doing burnouts on Newcastle Road, and debris in the roadway on Ellsworth Road and Andover Street. Hazards were cleared or unfounded.

Vandalism

A broken windshield from an object thrown at a moving vehicle was reported on Main Street at 4:17 p.m. Offensive graffiti was also found at Center School on Irving Street at 6:55 a.m.
