Arrests
Ebbony Davis, 30, of Willow Street, Lynn, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, and willful and malicious destruction of property.
Richard Burns, 58, of the Salem Shelter in Salem, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. Wednesday for trespassing and an ordinance violation for possessing an open container of alcohol.
Edson-Hubert Orlando, 32, of Willow Street, Lynn, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday for trespassing.
Sainteus Thybeau, 55, of Washington Street, Lynn, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday for trespassing.
Meliek Bennett, 29, of Hutchinson Court, Lynn, was arrested at 6:19 a.m. Thursday for a courtesy booking.
Disturbances
A disturbance was reported at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday at the 7-Eleven on Austin Square. Officers responded to the area. A second disturbance occurred at 11:18 a.m. on Lynnfield Street. Officers responded and documented the incident. A third disturbance was reported at 3:12 p.m. at 103 Liberty Street. Officers investigated and resolved the matter.
Motor Vehicles
Motor vehicle stops were conducted at 7:08 a.m. at Lebel Road and Lynnfield Street, 7:17 a.m. at Daytona Road and Lynnfield Street, 7:24 a.m. at Anchor Road and Lynnfield Street, 7:33 a.m. at Lynnfield Street and Tuscan Road, and 8:05 a.m. at Harris Road and Lynnfield Street.
Motor vehicle accidents were reported at 9:19 a.m. at Dungeon Avenue and Walnut Street, 1:28 p.m. at Market Basket on Federal Street, and 2:06 p.m. at Blossom Street Extension and the Lynnway. Officers investigated each incident and paperwork was exchanged as needed. A traffic complaint was reported at 12:34 p.m. at the intersection of County Street and Lowell Street. The vehicle was reportedly swerving and was referred to State Police.
Suspicious Activity
Suspicious activity was reported at 2:38 a.m. on Lewis Street involving a possible intoxicated person. Officers responded to the area and resolved the situation. Additional reports were made at 9:39 a.m. on Madison Avenue, 5:50 p.m. on Washington Street, and 10:38 p.m. at Treadwell’s Ice Cream Stand on Margin Street. Officers found no issues or resolved them without incident.
Traffic Complaints
Erratic operation was reported at 12:34 p.m. on County Street. The vehicle was observed crossing yellow lines and was referred to State Police for follow-up. A traffic pole hazard was reported at 4:12 a.m. on the Route 1 southbound ramp. MassHighway was notified and the hazard was cleared.

Kristina M. Mezzetti, 41, of Saratoga Street, Lynn, was summoned at 9:17 a.m. at Tanners Court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle and for having no inspection sticker.
Deanna Dorothy Borders, 44, of Lynn Street, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on a warrant from another department. Officers took her into custody at Brown School Residences on Lynn Street.
Summons
Kristina M. Mezzetti, 41, of Saratoga Street in Lynn, was summonsed for operating an uninsured and unregistered vehicle and for not having a valid inspection sticker.
Leonardo Do Nascimento was summoned for number plate violation, unlicensed operation of a moped, and excessive noise.
Alarms
A burglar alarm was reported at 4:18 a.m. at DHL on Centennial Drive. Officers found an open door but no access to the interior of the building, which appeared secure. Another alarm was reported at 7:58 a.m. at Salem Five Bank on Main Street. An employee was on scene and all was secure. A third alarm went off at 8:47 a.m. at Outback Steakhouse on Andover Street. A final alarm was reported at 9:13 a.m. on Martinack Avenue. It was accidental by the homeowner.

Assist Citizens
An officer assisted with safe needle disposal at 7:14 a.m. on Stuart Road. Traffic assistance was provided at 9:06 a.m. for Community Credit Union on Central Street around roadwork. A walk-in came to report a relative acting erratically earlier at her home, documented at 2:32 p.m.
Assist Other Police Departments
Peabody officers assisted Salem Police with a stolen vehicle alert at 5:07 a.m. on Prospect Street at Essex Lane. Officers also assisted Lynn Police at 10:57 a.m. on Walnut Street. A summons was attempted for a Golden Banana employee at 1:06 p.m. but the individual was not located.
Community Policing
Community policing duties were conducted at 7:04 a.m. at Kernwood Country Club in Salem, 10:57 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel on Centennial Drive, and 1:01 p.m. at Peabody Council on Aging on Central Street.
Disturbances
A disturbance was reported at 1:15 a.m. on Spring Street involving a man claiming to be held hostage. Officers brought the male home to Danvers and documented the incident. Another disturbance occurred at 3 p.m. at McDonald’s on Main Street where a party reported being verbally threatened. A loud music complaint came in at 7:07 p.m. at Caribe Restaurant on Walnut Street, but the scene was quiet when officers arrived. At 7:58 p.m., officers responded again to Caribe Restaurant for mopeds making excessive noise.
Fraud
A fraud case was reported at 9:41 a.m. at Preserve North Apartments on Crowninshield Street. A second report was filed at 5:13 p.m. at CVS Pharmacy on Lynnfield Street involving possible fraud.
License Plate Lost/Stolen
A license plate was reported stolen from a customer’s vehicle at 8:08 a.m. at Dan’s Autobody on Summit Street. Officers documented the stolen plate.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Minor motor vehicle accidents were reported and investigated at 8:51 a.m. at Acura of Peabody on Andover Street, 12:07 p.m. on Washington Street (note left), 2:56 p.m. at Corkscrew Liquors on Central Street (bus issue—unfounded), 3:56 p.m. on Washington Street (paperwork exchanged), and 10:44 p.m. at Maple Village on Aborn Street (property damage in a parking garage).
Motor Vehicle Stops
Traffic stops throughout the day resulted in verbal warnings or citations at 9:03 a.m. on Andover Street for marked lanes, 11:41 a.m. on Centennial Drive for electronic device use, 1:03 p.m. on Lynn Street for license not in possession, 3:23 p.m. on Washington Street for defective equipment, and 3:37 p.m. on Foster Street for speeding. Another traffic stop at 8:51 p.m. led to a verbal warning for a red light violation at Washington Street.
Neighborhood Disputes
A noise complaint between neighbors was reported at 1:56 p.m. on Main Street. Officers advised both parties of harassment order rights. Another dispute was documented at 5:28 p.m. on Truman Road involving a rug. The rug was returned and the issue resolved.

A suspicious vehicle was checked at 2:55 a.m. on Endicott and Warren streets. The occupant was resting and lived nearby. A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at 2:54 p.m. at Corkscrew Liquors, found to be non-emergent. Another was reported at 5:46 p.m. at Wardhurst Shish Kebab, involving a parked food truck, which belonged to a nearby resident.
