The Lynn Tech girls track and field team put an exclamation point on its season this past weekend, dominating the final meet to finish the year undefeated in Commonwealth Athletic Conference action. The Tigers claim the Commonwealth Athletic Conference Small Championship. Junior Zahara Belizaire was named the league’s Most Valuable Player, a fitting honor after a standout season. The Tigers racked up 217 points at the meet, far outpacing second-place Innovation Academy, which finished with 68. Head Coach James Runner praised the efforts of Jirielis De Jesus, Brianna Anderson and Ferlan Jean Jacques, all of whom delivered strong performances to help seal the unbeaten campaign.
