Arrest

Josue Roblero Godinez, 23, of Western Avenue, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Sunday for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Reports of disturbances at 5:28 a.m. Sunday on Lynnway, 5:50 a.m. on Western Avenue, 6:26 p.m. on High Street, 6:57 p.m. on Chase Street, and 8:22 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue. 

Hazmat

A report of a hazmat situation at 8:34 a.m. Sunday on Munroe Street. 

Larceny

A report of larceny at 12:27 p.m. Sunday on Freeman Square.

Reports of suspicious activity at 1:36 a.m. Sunday on High Street, 4:02 a.m. on Essex Street, 3:31 p.m. at the MBTA Parking Garage on Market Street, 5:59 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery on Parkland Avenue, and 9:32 p.m. on Pendexter Street. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 2”44 a.m. Sunday on Market Street, 1:59 p.m. on Atlantic Street, 3:17 p.m. on Atlantic Street, and 9:35 p.m. on Washington Street. 

Unwanted Guests

Reports of unwanted guests at 1:53 a.m. Sunday on Lafayette Park and 10:17 p.m. on Rogers Avenue. 

SAUGUS

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on Newhall Avenue. Building appears to be secure; a report at 4:40 p.m. at Saugus Middle High School on Pearce Memorial Drive. Canceled prior to arrival. 

Assist Citizens

A walk-in report of citizen assistance at 12:06 a.m. Sunday on Ballard Street. A man walked into the station and reported the he believed his neighbor below him slashed his tired. Services rendered; a report at 12:39 a.m. on Essex Street. Caller reported someone had been illegally dumping trash. Investigated. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 5:09 p.m. Sunday  on Hamilton Street. A mane reported a woman was out in the hall screaming and causing a disturbance. Peace restored. 

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 7:25 p.m. Sunday on Pemberly Drive. Area search negative; a report at 11:21 p.m. at Evans Elementary School on E Denver Street. Caller reported a group of teenagers playing on the basketball courts after hours. Dispersed gathering. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 5:31 p.m. Sunday at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention reported he had a female incustody for shoplifting. Report taken.
