LYNN — Ronny Paulino Colon, 32, of Lynn, was arraigned in Lynn District Court on June 16, on one count of rape and five counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, according to the District Attorney’s office.
Colon’s bail was set at $10,000, along with various conditions of his release, which includes: The defendant must stay away/have no contact with the victim, not possess any firearms or dangerous weapons, not engage in any massage-related work (the location of the defendant’s employment was not disclosed), and must surrender his passport.
The defendant was represented by Raymond Buso.
