Villar Peguero, 22, of Estes Street, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a courtesy booking.

Linval Chambers, 38, of Willow Street, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

A report of a con/scam at 11:23 a.m. Thursday on Breed Terrace.

Reports of suspicious activity at 2:18 p.m. Thursday on Clovelly Street, 2:54 p.m. on Amity Street, 3:39 p.m. on Amity Street, 8:27 p.m. on Judge Road, and 9:49 p.m. on Eastern Avenue.

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 11:55 a.m. at Planet Fitness on Broadway. Caller reported that there was a dog locked in a vehicle for at least two hours. Area search negative; a report at 1:17 p.m. on Jasper Street. Animal Control Officer spoke with the homeowner about a barking dog complaint. Services rendered; a report at 1:48 p.m. on Second Street. Services rendered.   

Assist Citizen

A report of citizen assistance at 3:57 p.m. at AT&T Wireless on Broadway. Caller reported that the store was charging him for two watches that he did not wish to purchase. Advised civil action. 

Bylaw Violation

A walk-in report of a bylaw violation at 11:48 a.m. on Eastern Avenue. Recycling Director for Saugus DPW reported illegal dumping on Eastern Avenue. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:17 p.m. at Extra Storage Space on Broadway. Caller reported a female causing a disturbance. Canceled prior to arrival. 

Fraud

A walk-in report of credit card fraud at 1:50 p.m. at Best Buy on Broadway. A woman walked into the station and reported that her debit card was used fraudulently at Best Buy. Report taken. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:12 a.m. Thursday at Guys Liquor on Main Street. Caller reported she was involved in a two-car accident. Report taken; a report at 12:06 p.m. at York Food Inc. on Broadway. Caller reported a minor accident. Report taken.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 1:23 p.m. Thursday on Main Street. Verbal warning.

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 6:56 p.m. Thursday on Newhall Avenue. Caller reported that his neighbor had thrown rocks at his window and kicked his bike. Peace restored; a report at 7:33 p.m. on Newhall Avenue. Caller requested to speak to an officer about an ongoing dispute. Caller stated he had footage. Services rendered.  

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 4:07 p.m. Thursday at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Broadway. Store employees reported that a male left the store with two pairs of shoes. Report taken; a report at 7:32 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention reported that a female had concealed items and had attempted to leave the store before paying. Services rendered.  

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 4:41 p.m. Thursday at Best Buy on Broadway. Store employee reported that there was a male in the store who had previously been trespassed. Services rendered.
