LYNN

Arrests

Joel Denaris, 50, of Chatham Street, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. Sunday for charges of a straight warrant and false ID info. Denaris was issued warrants for shoplifting by asportation, unlawful deactivation or removal, and possession of a Class B drug. 

Jorge Flores Coto, 41, of Mason Road, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Sunday for charges of trespassing and resisting arrest. 

Jairo Dera Alvarado, 35, of Breed Street, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Sunday for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer. 

Injured Officer

A report of an injured officer at 12:13 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street. 

Assault & Battery

A report of assault and battery at 1:38 a.m. Sunday on Munroe Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of suspicious activities at 1:08 a.m. Sunday on Broadway, 1:08 a.m. on Lynnfield Street, and 8:22 a.m. on Chandler Terrace. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 5:51 a.m. Sunday at Cal’s News on Central Avenue, 9:39 p.m. on South Common Street, and 9:49 p.m. on Brimblecom Street. 

Unwanted Guests

Reports of unwanted guests at 2:47 a.m. Sunday on Friend Street and Silsbee Street, 1:21 p.m. on Superior Street, 2:31 p.m. at Subway on State Street. 

MARBLEHEAD

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was called in at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday. Officers responded to a disturbance on Green Street. Services were rendered.

Motor Vehicle Crashes

A report of a car crash was called in at 10:29 a.m. on Sunday. Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash near Commercial Street. A report was taken.

A report of a car crash was called in at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday. Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at West Shore Drive and Beverly Avenue. Police, fire, and EMS responded. A report was taken.

Motor Vehicle Complaints

A report of a car complaint at 7:24 a.m. on Sunday on Orne Street was reported. No action was required.

Larceny/Fraud

A report of a Larceny/Fraud was called in at 11:44 a.m. Sunday. Larceny/fraud reported on Brown Street. No action was required.

Alarms  Burglar

Reports of Burglary alarms on Sunday were made at 3:19 p.m. on Lime Street. Services were rendered. Again at 3:57 p.m. on Baldwin Road, Services were rendered. At 10:05 p.m. on Washington Street, services were rendered.

General Complaints

Reports of general complaints were made on Sunday at 1:19 p.m.on Corinthian Lane. No action was required. Again at 7:46 p.m. reported on Atlantic Avenue. Services were rendered. Also at 10:01 p.m. on Broughton Road. Services were rendered.

Lost/Found Property

A report on lost property was made at 12:12 p.m. on Sunday on West Shore Drive. Services were rendered. A report on lost property was made at 5:41 p.m. on Sunday on Wyman Road.

Allen Sentell Chandler, 43, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street for charges of unlawful possession of fireworks.

Andree L Williams, 44, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Sunday on Newbury Street for charges of trespassing.

Elmer Daniel Lainez, 25, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. Sunday on Crowninshield Street for charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, speeding, failing to signal and failing to stop/yield.

911 Hang Up

Reports of 911 hang ups at 12:18 p.m. Sunday on Second Street, 2:55 p.m. and 3:41 p.m. on Winona Street, 3:27 p.m. and 3:34 p.m. and 9:57 p.m. on Walnut Street, 7:57 p.m. on Lowell Street and 10:16 p.m. on Newbury Street.

A report of a burglar alarm at 2:01 a.m. Sunday on Winter Street. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 6:40 p.m. on Ledgewood Road. Reset system; a report at 9:30 p.m. at Waybright Elementary on Talbot Street. Building appears to be secure; a report at 10:34 p.m. at U-Haul Co. on Broadway. Investigated.  

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 5:32 p.m. Sunday on Harlow Street. Caller reported they found a small light-colored dog with a collar but no tags. Services rendered. 

Civil Complaint

A report of a civil complaint at 12:56 a.m. Sunday on Juniper Drive. Caller advised that her landlord had changed the locks to her apartment sometime that evening and she couldn’t access her unit. Services rendered.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 12:49 p.m. Sunday on Broadway. Caller reported that he walked out of Lowe’s and saw a male and female arguing in the street. Peace restored.

Found Property

A report of found property at 11:30 p.m. at Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Caller reported he found a luggage, purse, makeup case, and a pair of shoes around 5 p.m. Services rendered. 

Identity Fraud

A report of identity fraud at 8:07 p.m. Sunday at the Public Safety Building on Hamilton Street. Report taken. 

Lost Property

A walk-in report of lost property at 2:21 p.m. Sunday at the Square One Mall on Broadway. A man walked into the station and reported that he had lost his wallet containing his license and bank cards at the mall. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a break and entry into a motor vehicle at 4:57 p.m. Sunday on Falmouth Street. A woman reported her vehicle had been broken into the other night. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:05 p.m. Sunday on Adams Avenue. Caller reported a minor accident with no injuries. Services rendered; a report at 7:21 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Caller reported her vehicle was struck and the other vehicle fled. Services rendered; a report at 9:55 p.m. at Kowloon on Broadway. Officer reported an erratic operator in the parking lot. Vehicle towed.   

A report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at 4:32 a.m. Sunday in Revere. Police transferred the call to Revere PD. Referred to other agency.  

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 12:45 a.m. Sunday on Walnut Street. Caller reported that a house near her address seemed to be having a house party and they were playing music very loudly. Services rendered. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 6:18 a.m. Sunday at CVS Pharmacy on Broadway. Store manager reported that two females and one male had gone into the store around 5 a.m. and left the store with three bags full of unpaid merchandise. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:29 p.m. Sunday at Lynnhurst on Elm Street. Caller reported four male teenagers attempting to make an entrance into the building. All parties were on bikes. Returned home. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 2:47 a.m. Sunday at McDonald’s on Broadway. Caller reported that a customer had been verbally aggressive with them while ordering at the drive-thru. He had proceeded to walk inside the establishment and continued screaming and being verbally aggressive. Peace restored.

Reports of assault at 12:08 p.m. Sunday on Humphrey Street.

Reports of a disturbance at 5:13 p.m. Sunday on Paradise Road. The caller reported a woman arguing with a 13-year-old in front of a store; 7:37 p.m. on Pine Street.
