LYNN

Arrests

Alexis Bingham, 29, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 6:37 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of trespassing. 

Ebbony Davis, 30, of Willow Street, was arrested at 6:49 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. Davis was issued warrants for trespassing, willful malicious wanton damage, resisting arrest, and indecent assault and battery on a 60+/disabled person. 

Mysti Gray, 33, was arrested at 7 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. Gray was issued a warrant for trespassing 

Sam Chan, 44, of Whitting Street, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Chan was issued warrants for distributing a Class A drug, Possession of a Class A drug, a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, and unarmed burglary. 

Adam Carroccino, 42, of Willow Street, was arrested at 7:44 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. Carroccino was issued warrants for possession of a Class B drug, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, and larceny by check under $1,200.

Richard Barolucci, 65, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. Barolucci was issued warrants for indecent exposure and break and entry for a misdemeanor. 

John Marsh, 21, of Bolyston Street, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. for charges of shoplifting by asportation, violating the city knife ordinance, and false ID info. Marsh was issued warrants for larceny over $1,200, assault and battery on a police officer, break and entry for a nighttime felony, and receiving stolen property. 

Assault

A report of assault at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday on Stiles Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday on Adams Street, 3:16 p.m. on Bennett Street, 4:13 p.m. at Compare Market on State Street, 6:36 p.m. on Washington Street, 6:55 p.m. on Central Square and Union Street, and 11:34 p.m. on Chatham Street and Sisson Terrace. 

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 4:55 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street, 9:13 a.m. on Willow Street, 11 a.m. on South Common Street, and 10:34 p.m. at Jimmy’s Discount Liquor on Western Avenue. 

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 8:21 a.m. Tuesday on Kings Hill Drive and O’Callaghan Way, 12:26 p.m. on Vine Street, 12:45 p.m. on High Rock Street, 1:42 p.m. on Bridge Street and Waterhill Street, 7:10 p.m. at Rossetti Restaurant on Sutton Street, 7:33 p.m. on Federal Street, and 10:42 p.m. on Herbert Street. 

Neighborhood Problems

Reports of neighborhood problems at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday on Regina Road and 8:23 p.m. on Woodlawn Street. 

Threats

Reports of threats at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday at Walgreens on Joyce Street, 5:24 p.m. on Waterford Street, and 6:39 p.m. on Birch Street. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday on Central Street, 9:19 a.m. on Franklin Street, 11:07 a.m. on Washington Street, 12:36 p.m. at Stop & Shop on Washington Street, and 8:10 p.m. on Liberty Street. 

Unwanted Guests

A report of an unwanted guest at 2:04 a.m. on Tuesday at Rockmere Gardens.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Ilias Pantazopoulos, a 23-year-old Swampscott man, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday on State Street. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, operating under the influence of drugs, possession of a Class B drug, and assault and battery.

Disturbances

On Tuesday, disturbances were reported at 12:01 a.m. on State Street and at 11:55 p.m. near Tedesco Street. Officers responded, and services were rendered in both instances.

Property Checks

On Tuesday, property checks were conducted at 1:47 a.m. on Community Road, 1:48 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 3:12 a.m. on Stramski Way, and 9:38 p.m. on Village Street. All buildings were checked and secured.

Motor Vehicle Stops and Complaints

On Tuesday, a motor vehicle stop occurred at 12:20 a.m. near Beach Street. A verbal warning was issued at 12:52 p.m. near Ocean Avenue and Nahant Street. Moving vehicle complaints were reported at 8:50 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue and at 8:26 p.m. on Corinthian Lane. Officers responded, and services were rendered or peace was restored in all cases.

Motor Vehicle Disabled

On Tuesday, a disabled vehicle was reported at 9:57 a.m. near Ocean Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. Services were rendered.

Alarms

On Tuesday, burglar alarms were reported at 7:04 a.m. on Washington Street, 7:52 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, and 11:07 a.m. on West Orchard Street. Services were rendered or alarms were determined to be false.

Lost/Found Property

Lost or found property was reported at 10:53 a.m. on Woodfin Terrace and at 12:51 p.m. on Ocean Avenue. Services were rendered in both cases.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism was logged at 1:18 p.m. on Redstone Lane. Officers responded and took a report.

Bicyclist Down

A bicyclist fell near Pleasant Street and Bessom Street at 5:42 p.m. on Tuesday. Fire and EMS responded. No further action was required.

Special Election

Officers were assigned to special election details at 12:50 p.m. on Humphrey Street and Washington Street. No action was required.

Utility and Construction Checks

On Tuesday morning, officers conducted utility and construction-related checks at various locations beginning around 6:50 a.m., including Railroad Bridge to Bessom Street, Maverick Street, Prospect Street, Longview Drive, Pleasant Street, Bubier Road, Access Road, and Watson Street. Services were rendered, or no action was required.

SAUGUS 

Arrest

Andree Williams, of High Rock Street, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. 

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 6:58 a.m. Tuesday at Convenient MD on Main Street. Dispatch canceled by alarm company; a report at 11:17 a.m. on Sweetwater Street. Canceled prior to arrival. 

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday at Pet Express on Broadway. Animal control was doing temperature checks. Services rendered; a report at 7:49 p.m. on Main Street. Services rendered.  

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday on Western Avenue. Caller reported her mother drives for Lyft and a patron had been crying and refusing to get out. Services rendered. 

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint on Howard Street at Main Street. The DPW was notified of a pole at the intersection that was struck and damaged. 

Harassment

A report at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday on Hamilton Street. A woman reported she was receiving more messages from a man via mail and text. Investigated. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street. Callers reported a two-car accident with injuries. Report taken; a report at 4:08 p.m. on Broadway. Services rendered; a report at 5:32 p.m. at York Ford Inc. on Broadway. Caller reported a two-car accident with injuries. Report taken.  

A report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at 6:57 a.m. Tuesday at Dunkin on Broadway. Caller reported he was the victim of a hit and run. Report taken. 

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday at Northshore Bank on Lynn Fells Parkway. A bank employee reported a black Range Rover that had been parked in their lot since the other night. Services rendered; a report at 11:15 a.m. at Roller World on Broadway. Caller reported a vehicle parked near the dumpster behind the building and someone could be heard screaming. Investigated, nothing found. 

Property Damage

A report of property damage at 10:04 a.m. on Founders Way. Report taken.

Suspicious Activities

A report of suspicious activity at 8:11 p.m. on Founders Way. Caller reported a male who had been using drugs in the area. Investigated; a report at 8:46 p.m. on Founders Way. Caller reported the suspects from the previous call were back. Investigated. 

Suspicious Person

A report of a suspicious person at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday on Edgehill Road. A homeowner reported a solicitor going door-to-door without identification. Area search negative. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 12:29 p.m. Tuesday at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Arrest of a 17-and-over male; a report at 7:38 p.m. at Dunkin’ on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported a man was back in the business. Investigated. 

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday at Saugus Middle High School on Pearce Memorial Drive. Caller reported vandalism to the stadium. Report taken. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street, 3:24 a.m. on Railroad Avenue, 4:21 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 7:34 p.m. on Ocean Avenue, 7:45 p.m. on Burrill Street.

Hazardous Conditions

Reports of hazardous conditions at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday on Mountwood Road, 1:19 p.m. on Humphrey Street, 8:38 p.m. Humphrey Street and Redington Street.

Juvenile Problem

Reports of a juvenile problem at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday on Cedar Hill Terrace.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday on Gooseneck Lane.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday on Humphrey Street and Phillips Circle, 9:49 a.m. on Puritan Road, 10:04 a.m. on Puritan Road, 10:14 a.m. on Humphrey Street, 9:16 p.m. on Essex Street.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity 9:39 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street.
