LYNN

Arrests

Joshua Kalloger, 40, of Fernwood Avenue, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday for charges of larceny, trespass, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and straight warrants.

Deeleenya McIntire Armstrong, 30, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of drug possession to distribute.

Gerson Pimentel, 42, of Highland Street, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday for charges of drug possession to distribute, no inspection/sticker, and ordinance violation possession of a knife.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 7:28 a.m. Tuesday on Shepard Street and 7:30 a.m. on Federal Street.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 7:01 a.m. on Western Avenue, 7:19 a.m. on Washington Street, 11:30 a.m. on Central Avenue, and 11:49 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. on Eastern Avenue and Western Avenue. 

A report of a motor vehicle found at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday on Broadway and Sweetser Terrace, 11:33 a.m. on Commercial Street, 12:51 p.m. on Broadway, and 12:56 p.m. on Broadway and Conomo Avenue.

Reports of motor vehicle parking violations at 5:42 a.m. Tuesday on Chatham Street, 9:59 a.m. on Elm Street, and 9:44 a.m. on Clearview Avenue.

Neighbor Problem

Reports of neighbor problems at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday on Commercial Street and 1:03 p.m. on Eutaw Avenue.

Threats

Reports of threats at 1:51 a.m. Tuesday on Boston Street and 10:29 a.m. on Liberty Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Assists

Officers supported several work crews throughout the morning and early afternoon. Beginning at 6:50 a.m., police monitored RJ Devereaux crews at various sites, including Prospect Street, Rowland Street, Longview Drive, and Old Salem Road. Officers also assisted Granese workers near Pleasant Street and Bubier Road, as well as Mayer Tree crews near Bubier Road and Wyman Road. At 7 a.m., National Grid teams working on Pleasant Street and Watson Street received traffic support, along with Verizon crews later in the morning on Pleasant Street near Hewitt Street. A Mayer Tree team also operated on Woodfin Terrace for MMLD. No issues were reported during these assignments.

Assist Citizens

Officers provided assistance to citizens at three locations during the day: Atlantic Avenue at 10:47 a.m. and again at 11:32 a.m., and Carol Road at 11:02 p.m. All calls were resolved without incident.

Complaints

Officers responded to multiple general complaints throughout the day. At 10:18 a.m., officers were called to Beverly Avenue for a reported issue. Another complaint was investigated at 11:36 a.m. near Washington and State streets. At 1:36 p.m., police were dispatched to Shepard Street for a complaint that led to a formal investigation. Later in the afternoon, around 4:07 p.m., officers responded to a complaint on Commercial Street. At 4:26 p.m., a report was filed regarding a complaint on Atlantic Avenue. Each call was addressed, and appropriate action was taken.

Lost/Found Property

At 9:20 a.m., a wallet was reported lost on Gerry Street. Officers provided assistance and filed the necessary documentation.

General Information

At 9:04 a.m., officers responded to a residence on Cherry Street to provide general information to a citizen. No further action was required.

Motor Vehicle Crashes

Three motor vehicle crashes were reported on Tuesday. The first occurred at 6:47 a.m. on Tioga Way. A second crash was logged at 11:59 a.m. on Beverly Avenue, and a third was reported at 5:07 p.m. on Nahant Street. In all three incidents, reports were taken and filed accordingly.

Motor Vehicle Stops

Police conducted several motor vehicle stops throughout the day. At 10:04 a.m., a driver was issued a verbal warning near West Shore Drive and Rainbow Road. A citation was issued at 11:06 a.m. near Lafayette Street. Another citation was issued at 1:32 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant and Gerry streets.

Motor Vehicle Complaints

Two separate motor vehicle complaints were received. The first was reported at 12:58 p.m. near Lafayette and Maple streets, with officers rendering services at the scene. The second occurred at 7:32 p.m. near Heritage Way and Bessom Street. No action was necessary in the latter case.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

Two incidents involving fraud or larceny were logged. The first was reported at 1:44 p.m. on Pleasant Street and was investigated by officers. The second was reported at 5:01 p.m. on Prospect Court. Details of this case were not disclosed in the log.

911 Hang-Up

A 911 hang-up call was received at 10:13 a.m. from a residence on Garfield Street. Officers investigated and determined no emergency was present.

Property Checks

Routine property checks were conducted throughout the day at several locations, including Stramski Way, Lafayette Street, Ocean Avenue, Atlantic Avenue, Community Road, Humphrey Street, and Lighthouse Lane. Most properties were found secure or required no further action.

Town Bylaw

At 8:26 a.m., officers responded to a bylaw-related concern on Atlantic Avenue. Services were rendered at the scene.

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Avenue, 3:18 a.m. on Duncan Terrace, 3:21 a.m. on Railroad Avenue, 3:22 a.m. on Doherty Circle, 3:25 a.m. on Essex Street, 3:28 a.m. on Essex Street, 3:31 a.m. on Redington Street, and 3:45 a.m. on Middlesex Avenue.

Disturbance

Reports of a disturbance at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday on Banks Circle.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 9:51 a.m. Tuesday on Elmwood Road and 6:02 p.m. on Fisherman’s Beach.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street, 9:36 a.m. on Essex Street, 9:50 a.m. on Essex Street, 10:14 a.m. on Essex Street, 12:00 p.m. on Essex Street, 12:57 p.m. on Essex Street, 2:25 p.m. on Essex Street, 2:31 p.m. on Essex Street and Ryan Place, 6:42 p.m. on Humphrey Street and Pleasant Street, and 9:02 p.m. on Paradise Road.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday on Willow Terrace, 5:36 p.m. on Burrill Street.
