LYNN

Arrests

Scott Barrett, 44, of Old Cambridge Road was arrested for charges of breaking and entering of a boat, larceny, willful malicious wanton damages and possession of a burglarious instrument.

Marcelo Cruz, 37, was arrested for charges of unarmed robbery, assault and battery on a 60+/disabled person and straight warrant.

Britanie McCarthy, 34, of Clayton Avenue was arrested for charges of ammunition without FID card and default warrant.

Elias Quezada, 33, of Suffolk Road was arrested for charges of straight warrant, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.

Disturbance

Reports of disturbances at 12:41 a.m. on Essex Street and Liberty Street, 12:44 a.m. on High Street, 5:27 a.m. on Baltimore Street, 5:56 a.m. on Polando Terrace, 6:38 a.m. on Hanson Street, 9:48 p.m. on South Street, and 10:56 p.m. on Boston Street.

Fight

A report of a fight at 7:12 p.m. Monday on Blossom Street Extension.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 10:17 a.m. Monday on Coolidge Road, 11:26 a.m. and 8:44 p.m. on Washington Street, 8:57 p.m. on Newhall Street, 9:26 p.m. on Broad Street, and 10:57 p.m. on Lynnway.

Missing Person

Reports of missing persons at 8:12 a.m. Monday on Johnson Street and 11:51 a.m. on Woodman Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:14 a.m. Monday on Boston Street and Ford Street, 7:49 a.m. on Rockingham Street and Western Avenue, 11:24 a.m. on Lynnfield Street, 3:10 p.m. on Centre Street, 3:44 p.m. on Union Street, 4:33 p.m. on Parkland Avenue, 5:20 p.m. on Summer Street and Vine Street, 5:40 p.m. on Commercial Street and Neptune State, 9:04 p.m. and 9:36 p.m. on Boston Street, 9:21 p.m. on Lewis Street, 10:18 p.m. on Michigan Avenue, and 11:22 p.m. on Empire Street and Essex Street.

Reports of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 9:30 a.m. Monday on Liberty Square and 12:43 p.m. on Essex Street.

Reports of motor vehicle parking violations at 6:37 a.m. Monday on Bellevue Road and Woodlawn Street, 10:47 a.m. on Union Street, 2:26 p.m. on Howard Street, and 4:28 p.m. on Eastern Avenue.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 3:09 a.m. Monday on Neptune Boulevard and Summer Street, 12:09 p.m. on Glenwood Street, 4:44 p.m., 4:56 p.m., 5:28 p.m., 5:34 p.m., 6:07 p.m., 6:16 p.m., 6:24 p.m. and 7:01 p.m. on Chestnut Street and Western Avenue, 5:47 p.m. on Tucker Street, 6:10 p.m. on State Street, 6:22 p.m. on Pond Street and 6:37 p.m., and 7:29 p.m. on Boston Street.

Shoplift

Reports of shoplifting at 4:26 p.m. and 6:02 p.m. Monday on Lynnway and 6:02 p.m. on Federal Street.

Trespass

A report of trespassing at 3:19 p.m. Monday on Essex Street.

Vandalism

Reports of vandalism at 9:01 a.m. Monday on Mt. Vernon Street, 1:26 p.m. on State Street and 2:50 p.m. on Groveland Street.

Violation of a Harassment Order

A report of a violation of a harassment order at 11:41 a.m. Monday on Willow Street.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Alarms

False burglar alarms were responded to at 5:24 p.m. on Doaks Lane and 7:21 p.m. on Bessom Street.

Property Checks

Property checks were conducted on Monday at 12:54 a.m. on Stramski Way, 1:08 a.m. at two locations on Ocean Avenue, and 10:17 p.m. on Lighthouse Lane.

Complaints

General complaints were reported at 9:25 a.m. on Beacon Street, 2:54 p.m. on Darling Street (report taken), and 10:55 p.m. on Naugus Avenue (peace restored).

Assist Citizens

Officers assisted citizens at 10:02 a.m. on Nahant Street (report taken), 2:44 p.m. at Wallace Road and Ocean Avenue, and 3:05 p.m. on Washington Street.

Utilities

Utility services were rendered at 9:55 a.m. at Bubier Road and Atlantic Avenue.

Found / Lost Property

Lost property was reported at 11:36 a.m. on Ocean Avenue, and found property was reported at 3:21 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue.

Motor Vehicle Crashes

Motor vehicle crashes were reported at the following times and locations:

10:16 a.m. on Beacon Street with police, fire, and EMS response (report taken)

11:09 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue (no action required)

5:19 p.m. on Ocean Avenue with full emergency response (report taken)

Motor Vehicle Complaints

A motor vehicle complaint was received at 5:20 p.m. near Ocean Avenue and Harbor Avenue. The vehicle could not be located.

911 Hang-Up

A 911 hang-up was reported and investigated at 4:12 p.m. on Sewall Street.

Reports of area checks at 12:54 a.m. Monday on Duncan Terrace, 1:17 a.m. on Essex Street, 1:26 a.m. on Cherry Court, 3:00 a.m. on Forest Avenue, 4:33 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 4:41 p.m. on Burrill Street, 5:33 p.m. on Duncan Terrace, and 5:44 p.m. on Lexington Circle.

Hazardous Conditions
