LYNN

Arrests

Jedidias Chum Escalante, 21, of Perley Street, was arrested for charges of assault and battery in the presence of a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct.

Gerson Escalante, 28, of Perley Street, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, assault and battery in the presence of a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct.

Isaiah Gonzalez was arrested for a charge of class B drug distribution.

Davia Gunderman, 32, was arrested for charges of trespassing, miscellaneous municipal ordinance, sexual conduct for fee and straight warrants.

Anthony Hescock, 30, of Constitution Avenue, was arrested for charges of attempting arson of a dwelling house, trespassing, willful malicious wanton damages and default warrant.

Assault and Battery

Reports of assault and battery at 2:57 a.m. Wednesday on Washington Street, 4:25 a.m. and 5:50 a.m. on Willow Street, and 10:41 a.m. on Lynnway.

Breaking and Entering

A report of breaking and entering at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday on Lynnway.

A report of a con/scam at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday on Silsbee Street.

Officer checked on a report from the property manager of a person living in a vehicle on the top level of the parking garage. The party was extremely cooperative and left. Investigated. A report at 11 a.m. at Bob’s Discount Furniture. While on the illegal dumping call, officer investigated a reported abandoned motor vehicle. Investigated.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday at Bob’s Discount Furniture on Broadway. There was a report of illegal dumping. Report taken.

Suspicious Person

A report of a suspicious person at 8:41 p.m. Wednesday on Vermont Avenue. Investigated, nothing found.
