Arrests

Madison Beato, 22, of Congress, was arrested for a charge of assault and battery.

Oleever Boursiquot, 26, of Washington Street, was arrested for a charge of trespassing.

Widemarky Michel, 43, of River St. Hyde Park, was arrested for charges of number plate violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Rafael Ramirez-Mares, 43, of River Place, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence and alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle.

John Sims, 74, of Fernwood Avenue, was arrested for charges of assault and battery of a disabled or 60+ person, straight warrant and two charges of threat to commit crime.

Kyle Terry, 39, of Moulton Avenue, was arrested for a charge of trespassing.

Assault

Con/Scam

A report of a con/scam at 3:56 p.m. Monday on Eastern Avenue.

Kristy Jan Morgan, 39, of Northend Street, was arrested for charges of breaking and entering into a building during nighttime, Class A drug possession and Class E drug possession.

Jennifer E. Demattia, 25, of Green Street, was arrested for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Christopher Brooks, 34, of Jefferson Avenue, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

Alarm Burglar

Reports of alarm burglars at 5:20 a.m. Monday at Burlington on Andover Street, 8:30 a.m. on Charles Street, 1:44 p.m. on Centennial Drive and 8:27 p.m. at Genesis Management on Summit Street.
