Pickleball for a Purpose

A group of Marblehead residents partnered with Northeast Arc this spring and summer to share their love of pickleball with participants in a Northeast Arc program. The nonprofit helps people with disabilities and autism live as fully included members of their community. An important part of this mission is providing fun opportunities for fitness and recreation. The group played each week at the Marblehead Veterans Middle School. They are taking a break in August, but plan to reconvene in September. Northeast Arc would like to thank the volunteers who made this possible: Lisa Spinale, Joseph McKane, Fern Zang, Pam Kelley, Luke Williams, and Savvy Williams.
