MARBLEHEAD — Pickleball enthusiasts and community champions will come together for the Win-4-All Pickleball Tournament, a high-energy, feel-good event founded and sponsored by TQM Wealth Partners and offered in conjunction with Marblehead Pickleball. The tournament, taking place on Sept. 13 at Veterans Middle School in Marblehead, isn’t just about scoring points on the court — it’s about strengthening community connections, promoting health and wellness, and raising vital funds for Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn.

This year marks the third annual Win-4-All tournament, founded by TQM Wealth Partners CEO, Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn board member Marcel Quiroga, with a vision of creating a fun, community-centered event that supports a powerful cause. TQM Wealth Partners has continued as the title sponsor each year, reflecting its deep-rooted belief that a truly fulfilling life is about more than just financial success — it’s also about building meaningful social connections and serving others with purpose.

“Participating in the tournament is a way for all of us to deepen our sense of life satisfaction while working together to elevate the next generation of young women. We’re proud to support an event that brings people together, promotes well-being, and empowers girls to become strong leaders,” Quiroga said. “That’s what Win-4-All is all about.”

Pickleball, a fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, has become a favorite among players of all ages thanks to its accessible, social nature. But for Marblehead Pickleball, the sport is more than just a game.

“We believe pickleball is a powerful way to bring people together and create lasting memories,” said Marblehead’s Lisa Spinale, USA Pickleball Ambassador and Level 1 Referee. “It’s fun, it’s great exercise, and is a wonderful way to foster community.”

The Win-4-All tournament promises to be a festive, fun-filled day of pickleball, welcoming up to 160 players of all ability levels. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just learning the game, there’s a place for everyone on the courts. All registrants will receive a tournament shirt and swag bag filled with goodies from local businesses. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers in each division and a lively hospitality tent with vendors, plus a raffle will keep the energy high both on and off the court. It’s more than just a tournament — it’s a celebration of community, connection, and purpose.

Proceeds from the Win-4-All tournament will make a powerful impact by directly supporting Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, a non-profit organization transforming the lives of girls through mentorship, education, and leadership development. Dedicated to helping girls become strong, smart, and bold, Girls Inc. equips them with the confidence, skills, and resilience needed to thrive — both now and in the future. From academic enrichment to leadership training, the organization plays a critical role in empowering young women to overcome barriers and realize their full potential.

“Support from events like this helps us create life-changing opportunities for the next generation of leaders,” said Natalie Martinez, CEO of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn. “We’re thrilled to partner with TQM Wealth Partners and Marblehead Pickleball on this exciting initiative that uplifts our mission and our girls.”

Registration is open and filling fast. Players eager to secure their spot in the tournament can register today at www.marbleheadpickleball.org/leagues-events.

In addition to player participation, sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals looking to support a meaningful cause, while gaining visibility in a vibrant, engaged community. To learn more about sponsorships, contact Marcel Quiroga at [email protected].
